Monica was chosen-hired for her skills in giving BJ's and willingness to participate in kinky sexual activities in the Oval Office of President Clinton. Usually when a woman does these type of activities as her job, she is a paid hooker. If she was paid for her sexual services, they were both breaking the law, as well as degrading and cheapening the office of the president - usually if a company president (or boss) paid an employee for sexual services during office hours, they would both be fired if caught.

folks - the entire question and answer were most likely SET UP so that once again, as in new hampshire, hillary can garner votes from a position in which she is viewed as being unfairly treated. when people see her as a victim, fighting on valiantly, she does much better. this college guy stated last nite on larry king that he is going to follow chelsea and keep asking this question until she answers it. he, the clinton supporter, is most likely being instructed, if not paid to continue to keep this in the news, so that voters get fired up about how unfairly hillary is being treated. there is no other explanation for why a hillary fan (the student) would ask such a question in that forum.

How many people are honest about affairs? I can guarantee you that the number of people who are open and honest about affairs is smaller than the number of people who lie. It's ridiculous for people to hold it against him (hate him for whatever other reasons you want and I don't care) that he lied about an affair. It goes beyond whether or not a President should be honest with the nation, and his (or her) right to try and save their marriage. The Spitzer case is different, he paid for prostitutes, and that's a crime, one of a few crimes he made his name for being so harsh in prosecuting, and it's not the same as the McGreevey case because McGreevey was using his power to get his lover a job he wasn't qualified for, and because I don't want to be accused of being biased, I won't even mention any of the countless Republican sex scandals. But really, on what planet does having an affair impede your ability to do your job? It was a question that should never have been asked, and I think it's human nature to not want to divulge that to the world, especially considering there was no misuse of power. Had Monica Lewinsky been appointed to the cabinet, then maybe, but as it stands, that whole "trial" was a sham. And again, how is it relevant and how did it undermine Hillary Clinton's credibility? If anything, she was a woman who stood by her husband. It's not applicable to the campaign. It's a low blow and it's sickening to ask her child to discuss it. Would any of you who think it was a valid question ever go up to the child (regardless of age) of a couple where one or both spouses cheated and ask them to justify the cheating parent or the actings of the parent who was cheated on with regard to how they dealt with their marriage? What's wrong about the question is that this was a private matter that never should have been made public and it has nothing to do with this campaign. How would a person's spouse cheating on them ruin their "credibility"? I mean, what the heck does that even mean? Her credibility in regard to what? It was a ridiculous question and a rude one at that, and it was about as valid as something you would read about in Star magazine or see on TMZ.

Uhhhh, you obviously don't know much about politics. Nader IS in there. He is a different party than Democrats and Republicans, so he is not running against them in the primaries. People can vote for 1) McCain 2) Democratic candidate 3) Nader or other candidates.
