The divorce trial between Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook kicks off today in Long Island, New York — and it's not going to be pretty.

Citing a court source, Access Hollywood is reporting that Brinkley, 54, will accuse Cook, 49, of posting nude photos of himself on swingers Web sites while looking for young women. (Cook’s attorney acknowledged Brinkley’s allegation but told Access the claim was "not true.")

Cook will likely accuse Brinkley of being more concerned about going to public events than raising their children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 9, according to the New York Post.

The two will bash each other's parenting skills in an attempt to get sole custody of their children — the main point of contention in their public trial, the Post reports. (The Post claims Cook currently gets his kids every other weekend and on Wednesdays.)

They are also expected to battle over jointly held properties and $3 million in material items, according to the Post.

Brinkley and Cook split it 2006 after Cook had a fling with his then-18-year-old assistant Diana Bianchi, who has been subpoenaed to testify.

Also expected to testify: A fitness model who allegedly began dating Cook after his split with Brinkley.

Although Christie is very pretty and all it is possible that she is also stuck up and didn't perform well in bed. Maybe she didn't do oral and Cook looked elsewhere. But there was no reason to make this so public. Just divorce and move on like you did before.
