 Lindsay Lohan? So five months ago. The latest celeb latest mug shot making the rounds: Shia LaBeouf. The actor, 21, didn't look too distressed when the shot was taken a little after 2:25 a.m. Sunday. Click here to see it. LaBeouf was arrested for trespassing. Following a night of partying at Chicago hot spot The Underground, he appeared intoxicated, according to reports, and refused to leave a Walgreens pharmacy near downtown Chicago. "While he was in custody, Mr. LaBeouf was very courteous and polite," a police spokesperson tells Usmagazine.com. He is due in court November 28.

Haley Joel Osment got arrested too? For a DUI??? Is he old enough to drink...let alone drive a car??? As for Shia...all the girls said how cute he was in Disturbia and I didn't see it (I am also not 16 though) But this by far is the damn cutest pic I have ever seen of the kid...should be a headshot not a mugshot...he looks so grown up...in a 21 year old way!! Adoreable Shia...and who cares if you were drunk in Walgreens...I think we all have been at some point or another!

no offense but he is 21 years old. Only gos knows what I was doing when I was 21 years old... I commend him for going this far in the industry and not getting in much more trouble..but lets face it, he is young, im sure he parties ( i have seen pics of him partying) and that is acceptable. He is of the legal age and at least he wasnt driving drunk- a friend was driving him. I dont think any less of him because of this situation because it happens all the time to everyday people and even though he was in transformers he still a person too...besides I got in troub with the law when I was like 16 and you know what I learned a lesson- and im sure shia will too. You Go shia!
