Bottom line is jessica married too YOUNG and Nick had this IDEA of getting a wife when all he got was a spoiled little girl.nice girl..but spoiled and immature.she barely dated b4 him and jumped and married him bc they got scared after 9/11. Stupid reason to marry but they did it and Nick seemed like a patient loving husband BUT JS was NOT ready to put her marriage first. Nick I admit was no A or B List Star..he was trying and using his celeb status to try to get a record deal.He wasnt getting great deals so that can be frustrating when your wife is almost as dumb as a rock and daddy manages to get all kinds of deals for her! She fits the dumb blonde profile so she got away with some smoke and mirror tricks. I think she can sing o.k but she should leaving acting alone and stick to her merchandise deals. Nick should have found his own niche and not come off like he was her arm candy! Nick wanted a mariage outside the spotlight while LIVING in the spotlight. U cant have it both ways...u r in or OUT! And once u r IN...U open yourself to a lot of pressure and temptation. They should have looked at the older celeb couples that managed to keep their lives private and each find their own sucessful careers. It can happen u just have to make CHOICES and not be drawn to the glitz and glam of hollywood. Jessica needs to realize NICK truly loved her. he just wanted more than she wanted to give at such a young age& having her daddy all in her ear doesnt make for a good marriage!Vanessa knew what she wanted and that's how she got nick! She's working on her career and still making time for a private life with nick! smart girl!Hope it works out! Nick really wants to be married with the kids and dog...he deserves it.

I had a crap xmas, but this cheered me up. She married a nice guy who was too good for her, then divorced him, leaving him heartbroken. I hope her career is over an she disappears into the wilderness. This is a victory for nice guys against women who are stupid, but love themselves more than us nice guys who love them. They say nice guys finish last. In Nick's case, true unfortunately. let's celebrate her demise.

I don't hate Jessica Simpson, but I can understand why so many people dislike her. She's yet another example of someone with very little talent who managed to gain a national audience through smoke and mirrors. When that took her as far as it could, she dumped what seemed like a very nice husband in hopes of trading up for more celebrity. That backfired and now, without Nick Lachey, it's clear that she has no talent. She's only in the news now when she sleeps with someone famous, so I'm sure we can expect a lot more of that.

Jessica Simpson is a has-been, just like Britney. The only thing keeping her name around is who she's dating. She has no talent, and never has had any talent. Her claim to fame was marrying Nick Lachey. Her acting is crap, her album did NOTHING after her divorce, and let's face it, in show business no talent means no work.

Jessica Simpson is pure HOT to look at. That's as long as she's not acting and singing.

She's got a great voice but this technique she's adapted of VERY animated mouthing the words, makes her look and sound horrible.

Jessica, you have a great voice and look. Use your voice and not your animated mouth to sing. Smile for the camera and wear the most revealing outfit you can find, but stay out of film except as an extra or at least away front stage.

I think Jessica is a beautiful girl, however, she always seems to have to be in the 'lime light'. Her singing is just OK to me, and she is not the greatest actor. I think she is regretting letting Nick go. They were a cute couple, such a shame they had to end it. but i think they are both better off. And i do agree w/ the 'Daddy' comment. I think he is too controlling of what they do. She plays stupid, who knows if its an act...but her choices certainly seem to point in that direction. I personally, can take or leave her.

I don't understand what everyone's problem is. In all honestly it's not her fault they lost the game. Someone should tell Romo to get his head in the game. It's not her fault she was made beautiful. Not to mention he can pay attention to her anytime he wants. They are both great people I'm sure (no i haven't met them) and people should give them a break. It's not like we all don't have our own lives to get back too.
