I desire to know what supplement she used???
Wednesday October 24, 2007

Three months after the birth of her son, former Bachelor star Trista Sutter, 35, tells Us she’s on a mission to lose the last of the 30 pounds she gained during pregnancy.
“I’m definitely not pleased when I look in the mirror,” admits the 5-foot-2 star, who now wears a size 4 and weighs 116 pounds, but aspires to surpass her prebaby physique and get down to 106 pounds. “When I fit into my size 26 Hudson jeans, then I’ll be happy.”
Sutter shares her post-baby body issues with Us and how husband Ryan, 33, is helping her get down to her goal weight.
How are you feeling about your body?
“My friend said that when I came home from the hospital, I’d be back in my old jeans. Fifteen pounds did fall off immediately, but the fact that it’s been three months and I’m still not in them is a bummer.”
What bothers you the most?
“My belly. It has a layer of fat, which, of course, your body has to put on, but it’s blubbery and I hate it. I want to be able to go bathing suit shopping for a vacation and not feel totally disgusted…I just don’t feel good in a lot of my clothes.”
Does Ryan help?
If I eat something that I shouldn’t, Ryan shakes his finger at me and says, ‘Uh, uh, uh!’ He’s been awesome, 100 percent supportive. He watches Max when I go to the gym and is constantly saying that I look great. But when you don’t feel good about yourself, you don’t feel like you want to be intimate. I want to feel, and look, sexy again for him. Even though he is being nice and saying he’s still attracted to me, I want to feel like he’s telling me the truth and not just saying it because he’s a good husband.”

Trista you GO GIRL & Forget all these HATERZ! You look Fabulous! I can't wait to fit into my skinny jeans either. I just had a son 3 months ago. Best wishes to you & your family.
Why dont all of you RUDE, FAT, JEALOUS B*T*HES get off your lazy A** and try to lose the weight...instead you sit on the computer and dog all the women that do..? Your pathetic. Trista looks great because she went to the gym and watched what she ate. WTF do you care anyways. The remarkes that all of you are making are out of pure jealousy and Ill say it again--get off your LAZY A** and get to the gym if your so damn unhappy.
And for those of you that are "appaled" and "disgusted" by US Weekly posting this story..what do you expect. Look at the reaction your giving them. They LOVE it! Ya'll are a bunch of stupid asses. Yea, and bring the innocent baby into it..you F 'ing freak..your gonna eat his fingers?? WTF is that about?
US WEEKLY-
WHAT A VERY SAD MESSAGE YOU ARE SENDING OUR ALREADY OVER- ANOREXIC POPULATION OF YOUNG WOMEN IN AMERICA!!!!! I WAS looking at your magazine in attempt to purchast it, but when I saw what was on the cover I quickly put it back!! Ryan is very self-absorbed and Trista obviously has low self esteem to be talked to like a child. I am happy that she feels good about herself, but your article is STUPID!!!
NOBODY cares about Ryan/Trista from what 5-6 years ago?? If you do another article on them, ask him to stop looking like he is doped up all the time.
It's 1/19/08 and I just got the new US that has Trista on the cover and she looks great. I had a baby 7 mths ago and I know how hard it is to get down to your pre-baby weight I have 5 pounds to go. Maybe more women should lose the baby weight and stop making excusses.
Some of you are so disgusting!! How can you be so rude?? Jealousy? I think so!!! She is on the cover and has lost baby fat, worked hard for it and loves it!!! Get over yourselves!!! I envy Trista!! Not only envy, but damn proud of her!! She doesnt care what you jealous people think,in fact I would hope she would laugh,if she ever read any of this crap. Grow the hell up and get off your fat asses and worry about yourselves!!
This chick is pathetic, in no way does she represent the group of women out there that want to loose weight and can't. Her stomach feels blubbery after her pregnancy? Who gives a crap? Talk to real women who do their dammdest to loose weight and don't succeed. Those are the people with real self esteem issues. BOOHOO poor Trista!
OMG did anyone see her pictures after 3 months? She looks fricking better then me and I have never had a kid, brat! lol
What an insecure, vain d-bag she is.
Why, US Weekly? WHY?!!!
Please don't run such a stupid story again. Thank you.
Although 116 for someone 5'4 is ok/good, I think it is smart that she is trying to get to her original weight. I mean, as people age they tend to gain weight and if she takes care of it now, she won't have a weight problem when she gets older.
I am 5'8 3/4 and I weigh 124. I still have fat in my butt, breasts, and inner thighs. If I gained weight because of pregnancy, I would definitely do whatever it took to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I have weighed the same since I was 17 and i am 30 now. I think if you allow 5 or 10 pounds to sneak up on you, then more and more will come each year and before you know it- you will be overweight.
That said, I think everyone's body has a natural-set point. I think people should try to maintain their teenage/young adult weight as long as possible.
EDIT*** She is actuallly only 5'2 so 116 is a little too much. You are supposed to weight 100 pounds for 5 feet and add 5 punds for every other inch. Anything over this is overweight.
You eat to much, quit being fat
All I have to say for this is, why are you so overly concerned with your pregnancy weigh, so you gained weight in order to support a beautiful child, 106 pounds isn't even a healthy weight goal, especially for a grown woman. The sad fact is that your not even at that healthy of a weight right now. So Trista, have confidence in your apperance, just because your not just skin and bones doesnt mean your fat.
Trista you are an incredibly shallow and UGLY person. Shut up. No one wants to hear your complain anymore you dumb b**ch.
Get a life. Poor Ryan. He is stuck with a hag like you. Gross.
Reading this article made me really sad. I had a baby a month before Trista, and have 20 pounds to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 142. I don't have the energy to work out, it takes all I can to look after my baby and maintain laundry, and try to keep the house tidy, and to maintain friendships. I used to be a runner before I got pregnant but stopped as soon as I found out because I wasn't feeling well. I wonder if she is getting any other help so she has the time and energy to work out. Ya I am abit jealous of her, but I am glad I am not putting that amount of emphasis on looking perfect. That is alot of pressure to put on your self. God her body has been through enough. To feel embarassed about her body in front of her life partner, she should look at her priorities. Being perfect is unrealistic.
She is taking Abdominal Cuts by Revolution, there was a interview on U tube about it. I looked it up but its not for sale yet, its something new she got in a gift bag. You can get a sample though at the website www.revolutionlifestyle.com, I need it now so Trista send me a bottle!!! I am getting married in 5 weeks and have about 8 lbs that seems to want to stick around and see me get married, I cant seem to get rid of it! Any tips would be helpful?
I love this article and i think its great that she is setting a healthy goal for herself! Go Trista!
I heard about this new product she is using along with diet and staying active called Revolution! It doesnt come out till late December but I got a sample mailed to me and its great!! To get a free sample mailed to you just go to....

Trista,
I admire you for wanting to be fit again but take your time!! It took you nine months to put it on, give your body AT LEAST that to take it off. Your body gains that fat to feed your baby. So if you are breastfeeding it will come off and you will be doing the best thing for your son!!
The skinniest I have ever been was at 1 year postpartum with all my kids w/o dieting!! I was 120 lbs at 5'7". People thought I was dieting but it was b/c I was breastfeeding!! Don't be so hard on yourself. Enjoy the first year with the baby that you waited years for!!
Regardless of how much she weighs, I am in the same position she is in now. I weigh a lot more and I have more to lose, but the feelings she has are the same feelings I am having (wanting to look good, trim belly fat, wanting to feel sexy). Having a baby is a beautiful thing, but getting back into shape is also important to me. I found some of the things she mentioned are the same conversations I am having with my husband.
Why would a human being make a comment about someones baby being creepy and eating the baby's fingers??? People get a life.
ok really people who really cares about this yeah there is a problem your HATEING!!! ok my wieght is 90 pound my size pantes are 0, and what... ok so she wants 2 loose some pounds if that makes her happy thats all that matters... so yeah get a life (2 everyone)and STOP being HATERS!!
This article makes me sad and proves how screwed up our country is.
Like we all needed ONE MORE Hollywood person obsessing about her pre-pregnancy size.
In the article, Trista admits that she is only going to breast feed her son for 6 months so she can truly diet and get into her skinny jeans.
I read in another magazine that Trista is trained as a Physical Therapist and used to work in NICUs (Neonatal Intensive Care Units). She of all people should KNOW that breastfeeding her baby for 6 months is not nearly enough.
Why does vanity have to come before her baby's health? She's going to wean her baby off of the best thing he can possibly eat, and the very thing that probably saved his life, so that she can fit into her "skinny jeans??!" Priorities, people!
I agree. This is soooooo stupid. I am 5 foot and weigh 118 pounds and I think I am average weight. What kind of message does this send out to other woman who are trying to lose weight.....that you have to be superskinny. Trista needs to get a life and be happy the way she is. I support her trying to get back into shape but she looks fine the way she is.....who cares about her size 26 jeans!!!!!!!
YOu are all stupid! If she wants to get in shape who cares its her life she seems happy and healthy! Its not high school anymore Ijuat had a kid and am losing weight and working out! When your not fat and lazy thats what you want to do is get in shape!!!!!!!!
You're all just a bunch of fat b*tches sitting here complaining about someone wanting to better themselves. I hope you realize that is what you all sound like. If you're so happy with the way YOU look right now, then what the heck do you care what Trista does? If YOU'RE so secure with yourselves, then go find something else to do than trash this girl for wanting to get fit and trim. Yes, she probably looks great right now (with clothes on), but she's looking for a bikini ready body - not just a body that can fit into a size 4. There is a difference and I know you size 10 and over fatties can't dream of it, but why don't you just let go of your own hangups so you can actually see her side of things for a minute. You're all pathetic.
Just leave her alone. We all want to be the best we can be and yes it shouldn't be so focused on but let's be real...it is! She has just as much right as any weight obsessed woman (myself included) to want to be skinny. You can never be too skinny in your own eyes. Sad but true! You can't blame her for making women have poor self images. If you have a poor self image it is because you chose too and you yourself have all the control over that. If you are happy at your current weight than no one else should be able to make you feel less. If you are not happy with your body than do something and it is no one else's fault...not even Trista's. I wish my husband would wave his finger at me and say ah ah ah! when I eat junk because he lets me eat whatever and tells me I look great! I am the one who is hard on ME...no one else can be blamed for that! so...THIM.02
Every month Trista doesn't fit into those jeans, I eat one of her creepy little baby's fingers. How about that?
WILL YOU DO ANYTHING TO BE IN THE PUBLIC EYE, WE WATCHED YOU WIN A MAN WHO IS A JERK, CAN'T HE TELL YOU PICKED HIM SO THE
SHOW WOULD PAY FOR YOUR WEDDING, YOU ONLY DID THE SHOW SO YOU
COULD BE ON TV. THEN, IT WAS YOU ALMOST DIED GIVING BIRTH,
NOW ITS YOU CAN'T FIT IN YOUR SKINNY JEANS, WHAT NEXT?
MAYBE A DIVORCE, SO YOU COULD DO A REALITY SHOW, ON HOW IT IS
RAISING A CHILD ALONE? I HOPE I NEVER GET AS PATHETIC AS YOU.
PLEASE!!! I wanna fit in my size 26 skinny jeans and then I'll be happy??? Sorry Trista but I thought I'd always heard you whin and say all you need to be happy was a husband (poor guy) and a baby!!!
I can't stand this girl or STUPID articles on people like her. It must have been a very slow week to put her stupid story on the cover!!!!
