everybody does drugs in some form...whether it be weed, alocohol, or speed, or even nicotine...and i seriously doubt he was on coke and/or x if he was asleep, the heroin maybe but not the other 2. but his drug screens were neg so u never know..

How the drugs are in your car at that time of hour and you on the other side of the road sounds a little off to me. Either you are doing drugs selling drugs or you are protecting the person the owns the luggage or are friends with drug dealer. Either way you need to rethink you goals in life because last time i checked that wasn't a good thing for a grown man to be doing.

OK, that is what GARY SAID! If it was TRUE, he wouldn't be charged, which according to this article he has been charged. SO OBVIOUSLY the drugs were his! You can't believe what Gary says to be true.

Reliable sources from CSI say that he's had a drug problem for a long time..... this is no suprise!

1:35 p.m. .......did you even read the article before you commented because he stated that all his test have been coming back negative which means he wasn't taking the drugs.....and the reason why he was on the side of the road at 4 or 5 am was because he knew he had to much to drink after being out with friends, and yes even though it was on the wrong side of the road he was still responsible enough to pull over and sleep it off before driving any further.....and I honestly don't think he would have been that stupid to have drugs in his car HELLO he is a character on CSI........so I think that he knows better...!!!
