FACEBOOKAside from the obvious observations about this couple, Kimberly Caldwell has scored by hooking up with Cook. She got booted from AI for a reason (Gawd, have you ever heard her sing? Ugh!) And she comes off as a cheap skank, no matter how nice or kind she is. I think that I was just as disappointed to hear of this.....not because of her, but because I put a TON of votes in for Cook and was expecting him to go on tour, try to tweak a few things, then go in an record something fantastic. When Kimberly is the first thing he can talk about after 55+ million votes, you know that his focus is in the wrong place. He said his family loves her, blah blah blah. I didn't know you "accidentally" auditioned for AI to get a romance going? Wondering if she'd have gone into a bar in OK and saw him and the same thing would have happened? Doubt it. His "road band" couldn't have gotten her anywhere. And I knew of him before Idol, just from Axium's music. She clearly was unprofessional in her job (haven't seen her on TVGuide Channel at all), and should have stayed that way. Gosh, hate to say it, I clearly misjudged him.

New American Idol couple David Cook and Kimberly Caldwell put in a low-key appearance at Tuesday's Dodgers game, where she performed the National Anthem.
They sat in the private Baseline Box seats (near the new Baseline Box Club) and enjoyed Wolfgang Puck-catered food.
"Kimberly was definitely nervous about the public appearance!" a source tells Usmagazine.com. "They were really cute and sweet together, laughing and having a lot fun."
Adds the source, "The players on the field totally checked her out when she was walking to sing!"

The couple managed to escape being shown on the famous Dodger Vision video board.
A source tells Us that Caldwell said she was concerned about her privacy, adding that her boyfriend didn't want any more attention as he just won American Idol.
"She's great," Cook recently told Extra of Caldwell. "So far, I've had a really good time with her."

This will never last. I just don't see her as the type to be with someone who's more famous than she is. Saw her on AI Rewind over the weekend. She's really not very talented. Granted she's cute (I think she looked much, much better back then - more natural). She is a very ordinary singer, no range at all. She will never make it big as a singer. Maybe she's better at acting.

I think that David is going to mess up a once in a lifetime opportunity. He is losing his focus. I hope someone with experience gives him good advice. David, of all the women to choose. Don't allow her to use you. I believe she is. I don't want to judge anyone I don't know -- I don't want to judge anyone -- but she is so transparent. She is riding on your fame. And watch out for the dancer. Please be careful. I see you with a somewhat shy, smart, family oriented woman who has class. I believe you see that for yourself too.

Hey I just saw on a website that Kim wont be going on tour with him cause she is in Catalina filming something. David said his life will be text and email for the next several months.

What I wonder is why is she with him! Besides the club thing! I mean I've now seen dozens of these blogs and it's not like shes selling albums through him! I heard a couple of her songs at her my space site and
she' horrible just really flat and boring! I think she' using him but maybe when she finally realizes it's back firing on her she'll leave him along! I didn't know she smoked, that horrible it's not good for him to be around that! But I guess he's used to it from the dives he worked at? Maybe that why he likes her just the kind of girl he's use to in Tulsa! Although I heard his college friends are really cool! It's a disappointment that he likes her enough to lose cd sales! It seems from all these blogs that he must know what people think of her by now! And singing for her would have been ok but for her friends does sound pretty tacky!! Funny I did'nt think he was allowed to sing while under contract with A.I. isn't that why Archie had to cancel that free concert? and from what I hear thats anywhere!
oh my god, I can't believe it! Davids really turning out to be quite blind about women! In stead of working on his album he is now hanging out at an L.A. club! I don't care if it was his brothers 21 birthday! He spent his newly earned money on a private room (and those things are really pricey!) in a club only kim could have suggested, because without him she'd never even get in, so her and her friends could have him sing 80's songs to them why they danced! So shameful, he should be way above that! He should have rented a bar for his brother in Kansas City and keep his brother away from the L.A. scene!! Andrew should be hanging out with his college buds on his 21st not kims friends! I even wonder if Andrews going to go back to college? I can't believe he calls her supportive? Whats to be supportive about? He's on top of the world! If she was supportive he'd be spending his free time sleeping and resting his voice and she won't have him spending any of his money on wasteful things! Yep, I just canceled my pre-order of the CD. Did anyone hear how KC was introduced at LA Pride by Billy Masters? It was vile and disgusting to both her and David, but most likely true and an indication of what a large number of people think about her - trash.
Will someone please introduce him to Mandy Moore? He's mentioned her and a longstanding crush a number of times! Kimberly will use him for her own publicity purposes. "Rich and famous" is her goal in life - she said it! KimberME, as so many people say. She is so totaly into herself!
Some people can say such hurtful things. I think David and Kimberly are adorable together. I love watching her on TV guide and he was great on American Idol. It is wonderful they are having a good time together. I would love to look like her and David is a very nice looking guy.
Did anyone stop and think that maybe David's publicist or manager has his hand in this? Maybe David's publicist is a man that does not know what woman want, and is a bit confused and doesn't realize that good looking single male rock stars sell more concert tickets and albums.
It is pretty obvious that his management/publicist want to take away his heartthrob image, and maybe David doesn't want to be known as a heartthrob.
True the correspondents on the TV guide channel have been announcing that the two of them are dating, but maybe David and his management team want everyone to know what's going on.
And I don't know why everyone is complaining about David's girlfriend because I don't see anything wrong with her. All I see is a bunch of people spreading rumors about his girlfriend with unsupported facts. Stop being jealous and get on with your own lives.
Lastly, I am a fan of David's and I will definitely purchase his new album as soon as it's released.
Now she is going on tour with him. That's it, I think I am done with David Cook. I am disappointed that he would date a loud mouth chain smoking ditz like Caldwell. And he is suppose to be so intelligent,yeah right, NERD,is more like it and weird. Doesn't this chick have a career that she has to follow him now on tour.
I will no longer support David Cook. If he can date a superficial skank like Caldwell, my respect for him has diminished. He is not what I thought. In many fans minds, his caliber status was very high, being intelligent. Caldwell is a high school grad, and has slept around with god knows how many former contestants. He can do so much better than her. Her entire deameanor is trashy. She smokes and acts like the biggest groupie out there.
Kim mentioned on TV that she wants to make out with him and have his babies. And my older sister told me that David should protect himself from diseases and unplanned babies. I don't know what's going to happen to David and if he is going to marry her if she gets to have his baby.
I'm sitting here thinking about what I just wrote and how it was proable wrong of me to take my frustrations out in a public forum! It was very unprofessional of me and I would certainly be in trouble if anyone found out! I could blame it on jet lag but that would be wrong I actully feel quit awake! I honestly have learned to except celebrities even minor celebrities who are there for the free publicity! It's worth it if they can reach even one person and convince them to also help, but I do expect them to do the work and in a professional maner!
I just got back from Asia a couple of nights ago and my friend showed me some of these blogs about her. I refuse to speak her name for what I have to say! I work for a charity organization that matches stars with charites. In my many years I have see many celebrites that were there to work and were there also for the publicity. A couple of years ago I had the misfortune of working with this girl! She not only spent the whole day not doing the work she was assigned and complaining she had some were else to be, but when it was time for a local news crew to film a segment, all the sudden she had plenty of time to be interviewed!! She is not the worst I have seen but is certainly way up there! She was rude to everyone that did not pay her the attention she felt she deserved! I really don't know this David Cook. I have never watch American Idol, but I hear from friends he is a stand-up guy and they also told me about his brother. Hopefully someone he trust will be able to convince him to see the light! Being new to the business is hard enough without getting involved with the wrong people! I admitt I am typing this for myself, being in my line of work can be very frustrating at these times! For those who don't believe what I have said I can only say if you met her under the right circumstances you would see!!! Sorry for my sloppy typing, I am terrible speller and typist!

one who she likes. it seems like a good relationship, and i'm happy for

I think that their relationship is serious and Kimberly and David want to have babies together. They are both good looking and their babies will be cute.
I don't think he's so much foolish as he is lonely and horny! Men think with the wrong body part when it comes to women! I saw her on a interview once talking about the wild things "without exactly saying so it sounded like more than 2 at a time!", that happen on her A.I. tour. Year 1 and 2 they had coed tour buses but because of her and a few others the next year and since they have seperate boys and girls! She certainly doesn't sound ashamed or regretful about what happened! saw the interview on youtube for those who don't believe!
This man is so hilariously foolish (as are many men). In a radio interview yesterday, he said that Skankwell was kind-hearted and good for him. Of course, David, she’s going to be extra nice while she can take a free ride on your fame. Or she will get pregnant or connive you into getting married so that she can be supported financially, since her career is tanking. I agree that when she gets her way, it'll be all about her, because she inherently needs to be the center of attention. Leopards don't change their stripes !!!!!!!

I don't get this relationship why would D.C. leave himself vulnerable to her! I mean I'm sure she likes him, pretty much everbody does! He should be smart enough to know this is the time when people will try to use him the most! My boyfriend and his friends were at that game with sucky seats! They said you could see everything with her loose tank top and a pair of binocs during her song. Cook must of had a really great viewing during the rest of the game. I wonder how he liked his new girl being aexhibitionist? Funny I would have thought he would have like nice girls!?
