Yes l will buy his album for sure. I dont usually watch any idol series and am a average country bloke but was amazed at davids abilty to make great songs and do them justice and maybe bring them into the 20th century a little and revamp them. Could listen to a new album easily. A star off the future for sure.

I've already pre-ordered both Cook and Archuleta's CD's. I loved them both, and while they each had their own style I would listen intently to both of them when they sang. Both of these performers will go very far and do very well. I'm excited for the CD to come!

I agree with Becca, there are a number of interviews of Archie alone and he is very articulate and entertaining. It's just that Archie is respectful enough to let other people talk unless he is directly spoken to. He has standards which does not include butting in on conversations. I love both Davids but I enjoy watching Archie's interviews more because he is naturally funny and as I've mentioned, entertaining as well. But I love watching them together. Their feelings towards each other is genuine although Cook is more verbal and showy about it. But they are really sweet towards each other, you can sense it with their glances and smiles. Both are talented in their own ways so I do not see the need to compare. If one likes Cook, I don't see the need to put Archie down. And if one likes Archie, I don't see it necessary to negatively criticize Cook. They love and respect each other. So why can't Archie and Cook fans do the same? I'm sure saying negative things about Archie would hurt Cook and putting Cook down would hurt Archie.

I'll be buying at least 9 copies of Archuleta's. None of Cooks. I might look his songs up on YouTube some time, but I wouldn't actually pay money to hear them.

Will definitely be buying Archie's CD once it comes out!!! Cannot wait for it--in the meantime I have to make due with all his downloads from AI itunes. May download a few of DC's (very selectedly) but I can't get enough of Archuleta--everything he puts out I will buy immediately!!!

I am anxiously awaiting Archie's CD! can't wait! it was US magazine that edited the video. I've seen many interviews with Archie. he is just as articulate. I wish the best for both of them. they both worked very hard to get where they are now. (especially the 17 yr old, what pressure) David seems to be genuine about his feelings towards Archie. So all of you stop dissing both of them. Good luck Guys, you deserve it. Hurry Archie! cut your record!

Guys, guys, guys David Cook got more air time because this is the way the interview was edited. Archie still has a little difficulty with interviewing. He doesn't always come across well. He'll learn, but he is still a little shy. He seems uncomfortable with some of the questions. David C. on the other hand is more articulate and comes across better right now. Archie will get use to it and will become better and better as time goes on. Absolutely, I will buy DC's CD and will go to his concerts and will watch him on tv. He deserves this. I just wish September would hurry up and get here.

Actually, I'm hoping Archuleta and Cook will collaborate. I think they blend well, and they look like such cute brothers. It seems like they're always together. I mean, this interview only stated Cook, but Archie was there xD

I haven't really decided yet if I'l be buying Cook's album but I will no doubt be getting Archuleta's! He just has a much better voice in my opinion and I love to listen to it. I'l just have to see if Cook comes out with some good songs.
