No one has any business telling anyone else which causes to give their money to. I'd bet money that you morons complaining don't give a dime to anyone. Obviously the shelter was in severe need of help and he stepped in-my opinion of him has shot up immensely. BTW, shelters also exist to house lost animals and work to reunite them with their owners. I really hope you don't have pets.

And how do you know that he doesn't contribute to things YOU deem more "worthy"? What a stupid post. FYI, a lot of shelters do not euthanize. The shelter in my town is a 'no kill' shelter that keeps animals until they find a home for them. They run entirely on donations and are not affilitated with the city. If everyone was as stupid as you they'd have had to close long ago. Get a heart..and brain!

He's done a lot for the state of Arizona. It's great to see a star giving back to where they came from.

5:36 pm: Not all animal shelters euthanize animals. Our local shelter houses all cats and dogs until a suitable home can be found for them. None are euthanized. Unfortunately, this is not the case with many shelters. Don't knock David for giving to a worthwhile cause. Just because YOU feel there are more worthwhile causes doesn't mean David's contribution is any less important.

David Spade is a great guy to donate $10,000 dollars to an Arizona Animal Shelter, $25,000 dollars to a cop's family, when the cop was shot and killed, and $15,000 to him alma mater, Saguaro High School, etc.

Thanks David for helping the animals! I've always enjoyed his sense of humor and his goofy movies. It's nice to see a celeb spend 10K on something other than an overpriced purse.

Finally someone who does something good with their money. I'm really proud of David Spade. We need more celebrities like him. They make so much money and just blow in on useless expensive crap.
