I'm not a part of some "group" trying to force her out of the neighborhood but can say with absolute certainty that she'd have to let paparazzi in if they have pictures of her within the neighborhood--which they do. Every person that comes to our gates has to show photo id and be let in by a resident with a security code known only to that resident. We have videocameras recording every car and license plate and a group of residents who oversee all the gate operations--it happened enough to be glaringly obvious that this resident, Ms Richards didn't respect our community enough to follow the rules. Fine--live somewhere else. The residents of HH have all paid alot for homes in an area where we can raise our kids in a safe, rural environment. Paparrazi and primping starlets don't fit that lifestyle. I'm sure Ms Richards was told to follow the rules, like every other celebrity we have here, or move. She made her decision nobody forced her out.

Not again...the Richie and Denise supporters (who secretly wish he was with them) kind of people, you have got to be kidding me, after this past year and you still support them? It is well documented and known in Hollywood, since the beginning of her career, that Denise calls the photographers herself, she arranged the balcony photos, the photographer/investigator has legal problems because of this "shoot", Denise herself said (in the April/May issue of Harpers Bazaar magazine) that she and Richie were secretly dating for two months before the photos came out, that puts it to February, her interview, her words, her approval. Even now there are rumblings that Richie was part of her break up with Charlie, not that they were seeing each other yet, but that he had something to do with it, also Denise and Richie were seen alone having an intimate dinner in November before Richie and Heather's separation in December (according to Richie's divorce papers), not Heathers, she didn't file until February. All this with Denise snorting cocaine in public, temper tantrums, not to mention that Charlie was overheard saying that he was glad there were no photographers at his daughters party, Denise arranges everything and Richie is a fool. Nobody likes Denise and Richie's personal and professional reputation has suffered for it, that is so obvious! Sad to say, seems to me that some people will believe anything if their idol is involved, and to the Heather haters you will make anything fit just because you dislike her, what kind of friend are you? By the way, Denise lets the US Weekly magazine photographers get the photos, why do you think she is in the magazine almost every week, because they like her....No! As for her daughter Sam, this photo says it all, and Denise allows it!

the main guy with the lawsuit is not married to anybody at US Magazine so get your facts straight. He doesn't live in the USA either. If you're going to start a witch hunt the facts straight. Who in their right mind would defend Denise Richards? I just don't get it, this?

If I recall correctly Splashnews were asked BY DENISE to remove pictures of Sam's birthday party as they were taken near her house; so much for Us Weekly's nonsense. Denise is fighting to protect her children and the paparazzi continue to make money off her then say she's staging it all, when the truth is she continues to fight to ensure that her children have as normal an upbringing as possible.
