Denise Richards has officially cut all ties to her ex, Charlie Sheen.
According to papers filed Friday in L.A. Superior Court, Richards, 37, has legally dropped Sheen as her last name.
The two wed in 2002 but went through a nasty split three years later.
Their bitter battle recently escalated when Richards announced plans to feature their daughters, Lola Rose, 2, and Sam, 4, in her upcoming E! reality show.
Sheen’s now-fiancee Brooke Mueller told Usmagazine.com the show was “exploitative.”

Does anyone notice how weird of a face Denise has in this picture. It's kinda scary. And I just heard on the news yesterday that for her daughter Sam's 4th, (that's right, 4th) birthday party, she had it at a spa. Come on!! What four year old child wants to have a birthday party at a spa. Apparently it was all filmed for her new reality show. I have two children and I can't imagine either of them wanting me to have their birthday parties at a spa, nor any of their friends wanting to come to the spa. Come on. Four year olds want to run around and be loud and play with water guns and balloons, and eat cake and candy and have fun and be kids, not sit in a quiet spa where you have to act like an adult. How pathetic of a parent Denise is. How shameful to subject your kids to that!!

I am tired of this female. You left Charlie Sheen and have been keeping in the news with crazy story after story since. Not only that but you show how you really are by taking up with your best friend's husband. Now you are trying to get a career by using your life, which is okay but it crosses the line when you involve your children, Charlie Sheen has a point being upset by you placing his children in this danger. You make them more accessible by having them plastered on tv in a reality show, that basically shows their daily routine. Charlie Sheen wants the freedom to be with his children and do right and you constantly stay in the way and keep up drama. Since you never used Sheen why make a big deal out of dropping it? For attention, you were voted worst Bond-girl and have not had a real career as an actress. Be rich and just raise your beautiful children, and lay off Charlie Sheen...he did give you two acting gigs.
