Hills star Audrina Patridge showed off a noticeably fuller figure on the set of her upcoming film in Hawaii Thursday.
She wouldn't be the first Hills girl to go under the knife. Heidi Montag famously got a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty last year.
"Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do," Montag has said.

Almost everyone on here is horrible. Why did you even come to this page to read about her if you were just going to talk bad about her? What did she ever do to any of you? She is just a person. She is a beautiful person whether she had implants or not. If she did, so what, you only live once and if thats what makes her happy... then go for it. I just read an article about heidi that said that she was uncomfortable about her cup size, saying that she was teased for being a 32A, and that she felt flat chested and unhappy with her body. I am that exact size, and I am fine with my body. Either she didn't have good friends (no surprise there) or she didn't know how to stand up for herself. I am dissapointed that she couldn't realize that she didn't have to make herself more pretty.

ya it looks as if she has.. but shes also wearing two different type of tops that hold you completely different.. the one on the bottom gives her more of a saggy appearance ( which looks the same on every-other girl Ive seen wearing that type of top ) and the other one holds her more of a lift. why dont they put a picture up side by side wearing the same type of top? itd help to see the "fuller" difference...

It's sad that women feel they are valued for their boobs.

The breast are fake. I cannot stand how all of these women step out - with "new/enhanced" bodies and claim they had no surgery. I HAVE implants - after 38 years and nursing 3 kids - no other way to bring those puppies back up, and mine look more natural than this (who is her Dr. - he should be shot)! What is Audrina, 23? Any woman with implants can spot them - it is a joke. What is she trying to do - keep up with that scary little Montag girl? It is so sad.

They dont look at all how they look in the nudey pics. I usually wouldnt write a response other than people blaming it on her time of the month or saying that they DO look how they did in the topless pictures. Mine are FAKE, and they look like that. She HAS...guaranteed, had implants.
