Hills star Audrina Patridge showed off a noticeably fuller figure on the set of her upcoming film in Hawaii Thursday.

She wouldn't be the first Hills girl to go under the knife. Heidi Montag famously got a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty last year.

"Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do," Montag has said.

I just read an article about heidi that said that she was uncomfortable about her cup size, saying that she was teased for being a 32A, and that she felt flat chested and unhappy with her body. I am that exact size, and I am fine with my body. Either she didn't have good friends (no surprise there) or she didn't know how to stand up for herself. I am dissapointed that she couldn't realize that she didn't have to make herself more pretty.

ya it looks as if she has.. but shes also wearing two different type of tops that hold you completely different.. the one on the bottom gives her more of a saggy appearance ( which looks the same on every-other girl Ive seen wearing that type of top ) and the other one holds her more of a lift. why dont they put a picture up side by side wearing the same type of top? itd help to see the "fuller" difference...
