Ok, I'm not doing a retraction of my earlier comments, however, an apology to Diddy for being a bit to passionate in my choice of some of the words used. I went on to read a lot of the other comments and found that most who don't agree w/Diddy's idea are making personal comment that really aren't warrented. I do admire Diddy for building that great big empire. How can a good person not admire such a great feat. Rather I like what he produces is irrelevant. He's not out g-bangin, he's not out selling dope, he's a good dude. I've never meet him (probably like most of the blogger here) however, I will say this, personally I don't think I's like him either but, once again that's not relevant. Do the do Diddy, just squash the transportation ideal. You wanna help in that vain, holla @ me or any other exceptional grass rooted limo companies and partner with them or us in a way that would prompt all, not just celebrity drunks not to drink and drive.

The world need haters, I am sure it is haters like so many of you on here that keep entrepreneurs like Puff in the spotlight making millions, while you all sit back on your lazy asses and pass remarks about what another person is doing to get by.
The person who suggested giving away the proceeds of this investment to charity, come on. When was the last time you made such a donation, propable never, if you were the giver at heart, you woudn't be putting down the works of another human being, especially when that work is within the law and runs the potential of not only saving your live but your friends and families.

G Damn P. Phuc_in Diddy. I have celebrity clients all the time and it's only the ones that chose to be responsible and not drive drunk or intoxicated. There are countless limousine companies here in California, big companies and mom and pop companies. What make him think that because he starts up a limo company, so-called A-list celebrities will chose now not to drive drunk, because Diddy said so, pleeeeessseeeee gimme a break. Not only that but, no doubt he will be charging a very high price for the service and hollywood actors, (most of them) are very cheap when it comes to car service and will be accommodated, especially by the smaller company who don't have a slew of corporate accounts. If this does work for "Diddy", he'll be putting a lot of hard working owner and drivers out of business. Hey dummy, rethink this bull s-i-.

If this is really going to happen and there is aprofit to be made then every cent should be given to a charity that the public chooses by vote. No one should get rich off of this idea including "puff daddy" (yea im calliong you puff i was subjected to your music that is when i was in middle and high school you were all in the videos.) So back to the real truth. If we are going to take drunk celebs home then lets use the money they throw away for a good cause like cancer or aids research. Things that the world and the sosiety really need help with. Lets make a real differance for humanity. Please think about the rest of the world, not just the ones who can buy it.

Yeah, I am very much tierd of p diddy as well. I remember back in the day he was responsbile for bringing us a lot great artist Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, etc...but that haslong passed. He really needs to focus on finding some good music talent, because all of his artist suck, and is rapping has always been horrible. He seems like a very arrogant, self-absorbed, greedy, and annoying person to be around. I have also heard from some pretty reliable sources that he is gay (i think that is why he tries to be so macho). But behind doors he is on the hershey highway. His restaurant here in Atlanta, also sucks, horrible food and overpriced (friends tell me..im not giving him my money). The only thing I can really say he has that I like the Sean John Clothing line for men. Please give us break diddy please leave the acting and rapping to someone else.

I think everyone here has a valid point,celebs can be just as irresponsible as anyone else if not more so because they feel like they can get away with it. Although Diddy may have money on his mind,his service will keep one less person (Celeb or not) from taking another persons life by choosing not to drive drunk just to avoid being embarrassed in public.
It's hard enough for celebs to have privacy and I truly think
that they just want to be seen as normal screw ups like the rest of us without reading about it in the morning paper!

7:41AM If I am out with my friends getting wasted (which I have done a few times) and I do really stupid and irresponsible things, you think I dont hear about it the next morning?? The point Im trying to make is that if youre gonna go out getting s*itfaced, grow up and be prepared to find a safe way home... which means... dont go blow all ur money on booze when you know damn well you need a ride (aka CAB, LIMO, ETC...) home. Would it be soooo difficult to arrange a designated driver (aka SOBER FRIEND)? While Diddy's intentions may be good (to keep celebs out of jail rather than the safety of others...*rolls eyes*..) he is far behind the originality of getting people home safely. IOW... he is trying to make himself some mo' money! If this works for celebs... so be it...

I agree that those who are inhebriated dont have full control of their faculties and anything that can be done, including a car service for celebs is a great-not lame-idea and can save lives.
I think it should be done for non celebs too. Sometime ppl drive home simply because they do not have the money for a cab [they drank it away]...tho i am not making excuses-there IS NO EXCUSE for drinking and driving.

Celebrities deserve NO special treatment in what they choose to do after too much partying. If theyre dumb enough to drive, like ANYONE else, theyre risking their own lives as well as the lives of others. Waiting for a cab...something to complain about?? Thats LIFE. Thats the LEAST of worries. A lot of celebs are just spoiled rotten. Caught dead in a cab? Theyre ONLY people, just likeeveryone else. But let them use Diddys service. It makes them look like the Romans who would eat so much and force themselves to vomit, for the sole purpose of eating more food. I believe its called things like Gluttony, Pride and Avarice.

This is sick and outrageous! Celebs are fing dip wads if they can't figure out how to get home after a party! What about teenagers and people who can't afford it? He should just make a few sizeable donations to the police department and local clink. Outrageous.
