Dina Lohan has a few words of advice for Miley Cyrus' mom Tish after her teen daughter's topless Vanity Fair photo scandal.
"I don't know Miley's mom, but stay strong," Dina told momlogic.com after receiving a "Top Mom" award in Long Island, New York, on Wednesday.
"Stay strong, keep your head up," added Lohan, whose daughter Lindsay went to rehab three times last year. "You know, and be her mom."
Cyrus, 15, faced fan outrage after posing semi-topless for Vanity Fair photographer Annie Leibovitz earlier this month. She later apologized, saying she was embarrassed. (A source told Us her parents were not on set when the controversial snaps were taken.)
Following the news, Cyrus' Disney show, Hannah Montana, saw a 14 percent dip in ratings, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Dina won an award for "Top Mom"? Wow. "Top Mom" for what? Going to clubs with her daughter? Letting her underage daughter (at the time) drink at clubs? Not being a motherly figure to her daughter? or better yet, not being an authority figure in her daughter's life. The reason why Lindsay went to rehab 3 times last year, got busted for drugs, has an alcoholic problem and a partying problem, thinks it's okay for her to pose nude in pictorials, is because of her MOTHER. Dina Lohan deserves NO award. As for Dina Lohan giving Miley's mom advice? She needs to save it. She has NO authority to give another person any advice. Dina thinks it's all okay for what her daughter does, so it's a no brainer that she's gonna think what Miley did is a good thing. Miley does not need to end up as another Lindsay "Drug Addict" Lohan. As for what Miley did, I hope the whole family learned a lesson. Obviously people, especially parents, took the whole Miley Cyrus scandal serious, or why did her show lose some viewers.

Dina's face is looking weirder (botox or/or nose job?), Lindsay does not need wonder about her future looks that's for sure, looks just as cheap as her Mom. I agree, Miley's parents should have been at the shoot the entire time. And what about the grandma, she didn't say anythin? Weird, not gramma-ish at all. Has Miley's parents spoken formally about this besides the statement about them leaving and grandma being there? Oh and someone said Annie L. probably doesn't have kids of her own, she does, I recall seeing a picture spread of her 2 or 3 very young kids.

Let's face it, if you take a 15-year old girl, take off her shirt, wrap a sheet around her, muss up her hair, and smudge her make-up and get her to flash a "come hither" look at the camera - she's going to look like she just got laid!!! Shame on her parents, grandmother and teacher who were supposed to be watching, and most of all, shame on Annie Liebowitz for taking advantage of her. Annie obviously does not have children or she would not have exploited Miley for the sake of being "artistic"!!! Save it for the over-21 crowd Annie, and to "Vanity Fair": Keep kids off your cover - save it for your mature audiences only.

All those mom's care about is how much $$ they are making off their kids, hence the reason they let their kids do whatever the heck they want...For instance, Billy Rae Cyrus said of his daughter, that he wants to be 'her best friend'...HELLO, she has a ton of that already, what SHE needs is a parent and someone to keep her grounded...so annoying!!
