VIDEO: Divorcing Wife Continues to Slam Ex on YouTube
Monday April 28, 2008

Playwright Tricia Walsh-Smith — the woman behind the "YouTube divorce" video sensation — is still fuming over her split with her wealthy ex, powerhouse Broadway producer Philip Smith.

Less than a month after posting her first video, slamming her ex for evicting her from their posh Park Avenue pad, she has posted another clip.

In the new four-minute footage (above), she addresses his claims that she displayed "cruel and inhuman behavior" during their marriage.

"The only cruel behavior I've ever done to that man was make him have skim milk in his cappuccino," she says.

After Phillip, 76, filed for divorce on March 10, Tricia, 52, found "a girl with a camera" in the phone book and began airing her grievances on YouTube, the New York Post reports.

More than 2.5 million people watched her first six-minute clip (posted April 10), where she revealed how they never had sex and how she later found "Viagra, porn movies and condoms" in their apartment.

Her biggest gripe: How she was forced out of their apartment.

"My husband is 25 years older than me... so I signed a pre-nup and he paid for the lawyer, and apparently there's some clause in this pre-nup... where he can throw me out in 30 days," she said.

Tricia is scheduled to appear in New York State Supreme Court Monday to argue that she was wrongly evicted and that he has tarnished her reputation.

The couple wed in 1999 and Tricia maintains her ex's two daughters will inherit his fortune.

"In New York, if you don't have money, you're screwed," she says in the video, which she was recorded in her temporary home at the Trump International Hotel and Tower.
