The Jonas Brothers have some company in their abstinence pledge: Dancing With the Stars' Julianne Hough says she is still a virgin.
"I want to be with that special person," she says in the new issue of CosmoGIRL! "I think to have sex before marriage is an individual [decision] ... [waiting] will strengthen that relationship.
"I'm not trying to preach consequences here," she adds, "but I think when you say no, down the line, it will be a better decision."
Hough, 19, split with her fiance, Dance War contestant Zack Wilson, last year because she was too young.
Dating, she admits, has been tough. (She was linked to DWTS champ Helio Castroneves last year but denied any romance.)
"I tried to go out and mingle with people in the industry and date people, but I felt I was different than most of them," she says. "I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, so those things immediately separate me. It's all very enticing, though."

Hey 5:53- I'm a single Mom of 2 and full-time nursing student and I find the time to go on here. I am crazy busy but I need to spend a few minutes a day doing "nothing" and I love pop culture. I think it's great that Julianne Hough had the guts to speak up about her choice to be abstinent, good for her.
