Actor Dylan McDermott Files for Divorce

 John Sciulli/WireImage for Dolce & Gabbana Dylan McDermott filed for divorce from Shiva Rose after 12 years of marriage in L.A. Superior Court on May 16. McDermott, 46, cited irreconcilable differences, according to court documents obtained by Usmagazine.com. The couple separated in March of 2007. Custody of their two daughters, Collette, 12, and Charlotte, 2 will be decided at a later date. In 2001, McDermott gushed to Diane Sawyer, "I was in love with [Shiva] right away. For her, it was a little longer, you know, a couple of years. But for me, it was right away. I guess it was grace." Click here to see other spring splits. His wife is a very faithful person. She is an incredible mother and wife. Too bad that she married him. He used her. Shiva Rose grew up in a noble family. Her actions, the way she handles herself proves. Dylan is a disgusting man!

Dylan McDermott was on The Practice. If you have not seen it is a legal drama and is out on DVD or on ruruns on FX SAT and SUN. If you have heard of Boston Legal that is The Practice's spin off. Dylan McDermott is great in it and hot too!!!
