Lily Collins' is the fairest of them all!

Variety confirms that the young actress -- who played Sandra Bullock's daughter in The Blind Side -- has been cast as Snow White in Relativity Media's upcoming film based on the Brothers Grimm story.

Collins, the 22-year-old daughter of singer Phil Collins, will star opposite Julia Roberts (as the evil stepmother) and Armie Hammer (as Snow White's prince) in the flick, which is a modern "action-comedy" retelling of the tale.

Shooting begins in May, with a planned release date of June 29, 2012.

But Collins isn't the only Snow White in town: Kristen Stewart has been also been cast as the too-pretty damsel who takes shelter with seven dwarves in a competing film project, Snow White and the Huntsman, in which Charlize Theron plays the jealous, murderous Evil Queen.
