Plastic surgery can have some ugly side effects, as Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino knows all too well.
In a sneak peek from Tuesday's all-new episode, the 35-year-old visits plastic surgeon Dr. Micahel Niccole several days after getting a rhinoplasty. "I have to take [my pain medication] every four hours on the dot," Bellino tells him.
After going over her results, Dr. Niccole then begins to remove Bellino's bandages, exposing her puffy, bruised eyes, cheeks and nose.
"Ouch! Please don't touch anything," Bellino whines. "When is [the swelling] going to go down?"
"That goes away within a week," Dr. Niccolle promises. "I mean, you'll be bruised, but you put makeup on there and you'll look perfect."
On her way out of the office, the religious reality star squeals: "I'm going to look so much better! Praise the Lord."
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
