Airing its pilot episode in November 2011, Hollywood Moms' Club will feature guest appearances by "the Ali's" favorite celeb moms. Denise Richards will take part first, during this fall's pilot.

"We get together at each other's homes once a month for dinner, and they always lead to fun, unexpected moments and candid conversations between great friends," Landry, 38, tells Us Weekly in a statement.

The Biggest Loser's Sweeney, 34, says no topic is off-limits at their girls' only gatherings.

"Our 'Moms' Club' has become one of the most highly anticipated nights on our social calendars," mom of two Sweeney says. "It's an opportunity to exchange personal stories about our lives, careers and families. Ali's pregnant, Denise just adopted a baby girl and we're working on the rest of the guest list right now! This is going to be a hot dinner."

The Hollywood Moms' Club airs on The TV Guide Network in November.
