It will be quite the award season for Angelina Jolie.

The star of A Mighty Heart is nominated for a Golden Globe and, it was announced this morning, a Screen Actors Guild Award.

For best actress, Jolie will vie with: Cate Blanchett (Elizabeth: The Golden Age), Ellen Page (Juno), Julie Christie (Away From Her) and Marion Cotillard (La Vie En Rose).

Nominated for best actor are George Clooney (Michael Clayton), Ryan Gosling (Lars and the Real Girl), Daniel Day-Lewis (There Will Be Blood) and Viggo Mortensen (Eastern Promises).

The awards will be telecast on TNT and TBS on January 27 despite the writers' strike, thanks to a deal between the Actors Guild and the Writers Guild of America for one of its members to write the ceremony.
