The countdown is on for the start of America’s Next Top Model cycle 23! The show has a new network (VH1), a new host (Rita Ora) and a new home for the models. In anticipation of the Monday, December 12, premiere, judges Ashley Graham, Law Roach and Drew Elliott give Us Weekly Video an exclusive behind-the-scenes set visit, including a glimpse at the contestants’ digs, along with hints about what’s to come. “Do you have what it takes to be America’s Next Top Model?” Graham asks as she playfully struts her stuff across the stage. “Let’s hope so!” The Sports Illustrated stunner, 28, then explains some of the challenges the judges face.
“We’ve had an eight-hour-long deliberation,” she reveals. “I cried twice! Rita has gotten very upset at a couple of girls.” Graham adds, “We don’t always agree, and sometimes it’s kind of fun.”
Graham provides a peek into her trailer, which she calls “unbe-weave-able” because of the hair extensions hanging from the ceiling.
Roach stops by to warn everyone, “If I give you a style tip, you better take it.” Dun, dun, dun! And Elliott offers a brief tour of the models’ apartment, which is actually a whole townhouse nestled somewhere in New York City’s Upper West Side. He ends the tour by showing off the Rimmel makeup room, which is decked out with makeup, mirrors and a “selfie machine.”
