Breaking up is hard to do! The Bachelor‘s Ben Higgins is not happy about saying goodbye to a woman he loves in the Monday, March 14, season 20 finale, as seen in a new preview clip from the episode.
The ABC dating series’ footage shows the Denver-based software salesman, 26, getting dressed and preparing to deliver the bad news to one of his two remaining contestants. Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher are the last two women standing at the start of the season finale in Jamaica.

“This process has been very hard,” Higgins somberly tells the camera. “I don’t know how to put it into words. But there’s times that it breaks me, there’s times that it makes me sick — and today is one of those days.”
“I’ve never broken up with somebody I’ve loved,” he continues. “It’s really terrible, but I know what I have to do, no matter how hard it is.”
