Ali fans, rejoice: She's coming back to The Bachelor.

Ali Fedotowsky, a 25-year-old advertising accounts manager, abruptly left Monday's show to return to work after Bachelor Jake Pavelka, 32, told her he couldn't "guarantee" he would give her the final rose. (Fedotowsky's boss had given her an ultimatum: quit the show or lose her job.)

But host Chris Harrison says it's "definitely not over between Jake and Ali."

"We haven't seen or heard the last from Ali," he tells E! News. "I think everyone saw that it was unresolved when she left. You could tell that they both definitely were falling in love with each other, if not already. And so we take off for St. Lucia, but they're definitely not done talking about this with each other."

Harrison says Pavelka still "has strong feelings" for Fedotowsky.

"I talked to Jake this morning, and he said it was tough to watch her leave again last night," he says. "I asked if he considered promising Ali that she was the one so she'd stay, and Jake said, 'Well, she wasn't the one. She was one of the front runners.' He said she needed to decide on her own and he didn't want to be desperate and beg, but he really didn't want her to go."

Look back at rocky reality show romances

Harrison says Fedotowsky struggled with her decision.

"She loves her job and we tried to make it work, but in the end her boss said you've got to choose," he says. "Do you want to do the show or do you want your job?"

He adds that fans shouldn't give her a hard time.

Says Harrison, "You want to be the romantic and do what Nicholas Sparks would have you do, but you can't fault her for loving her career."

i agree with most...i would much rather see gia as the next bachelorette..I thought ali was a whiny baby. she just wanted reasuarnace that jake would pick her. well when you signed up for the show sweetie you knew he couldn't tell you that..she annoyed me at how she was always talking trash on vienna..i didnt care much for vienna but she grew on me..i personally think shes not ready for the relationship he's ready for...she has some maturing to do. but thank god ali left.i agree with janelle, she may have been the most stable, but in her job. she didnt need to make a big scene out of her job or him. if she really loved him she would have chose him an took that risk. If you think about it, ifshe would have stayed an he chose her; she would have had to quit her job and uprooted to his place anyway..good i hope the best for jake he's a great guy..

Jake and Vienna together and forget Ali she is mean and drama queen. Vienna is nice, kind, real, honest person.

Anyone can see Ali is the trouble in the house. She is jealous of Vienna and I hope Vienna wins Jake's heart. Whatever her past, it has nothing to do with how they feel for one another. I think Ali used the "losing the job" as a scare tactic to get Jake to commit to her. I couldn't stop laughing when he told her not to come back. I pray Gia is the next Bachelorette and not Ali. She is not worthy of that title! AMEN!!

I know none of these people, how they are in real life, and whats in their hearts, but Tenley or Gia came across to me on the show as being more sincere, or real than Vienna or Ali. Vienna and Ali come across on the show as liking to have confrontation with each other, or being very jealous or insecure. On the show they have been very entertaining, like Michelle. But if they are that way in real life they could be very draining. I know from being married, 36 years Jake should find a person who would be there during the bad times as well as the good. Any person you choose to have as a friend or spouse should add joy to his life and not stress or problems. It is not the job of your partner to entertain you or try to make you a happy person. That could be a very draining job. But you should both be considerate of each others feelings, be respectful, and like to do something nice for each other, and they should be your best friend.

Everyone needs to just get past this. Its all over, people. Jake chose Vienna and its soooo sad. No point arguing about it or continuing to watch the show. Check the different sites online. Its been leaked for WEEKS that Vienna holds the final rose...darn her! Jake thought with his "head" about this decision...UGH!!!

i didn't nose through all the comments but i do have to agree with the latest post, sewist. ali is a liar and she wanted the guy to chase her. did she not realize that she was not the only girl? jake was still trying to get through the end and give himself enough time (at least, what is allowed by the show) to figure things out. i knew that she was making a mistake when she chose to leave, especially since she was really in to jake and definitely had a connection with him. nothing in life is guaranteed. when she was contemplating leaving, there was no need to consult jake. she should have made the decision on her own. she is, after all, old enough to choose wisely. it showed an immature side of her...her seeking reassurance. she needs to grow up. wait...that was not the first time she was immature. after all, she is the one that stirred up all the trash-talking and hating on vienna. i am so glad that jake gave vienna a chance and didn't let what everyone was hissing around him ultimately sway his decision. it's disgusting when people follow the masses. grow up ali. a petition to NOT have her as the next bachelorette needs to be set up. no to the catty-trash-talking-reassurance-seeking girl.

I can't believe I'm really posting a comment on a TV gossip site (or even reading it) but here goes. I am NOT a fan of reality TV shows but Jake's sincerity impressed me when I saw him on a talk show so I decided to watch The Bachelor for the first time. After the show tonight, I wanted to see what others were saying. I got as far as Brad's 2/11 comment and quit reading. So, Brad, what are YOU doing reading the comments regarding a TV reality show - the real mindless twit is you - you're being manipulated along with everyone else. Mags, tell it like it is! (Except I think Tenley is a better choice.) Ali lied to Jake; she admitted that in tonight's show; her employer did NOT tell her to make a choice; she said she got scared and that's why she left. If she is next year's Bachelorette, in my opinion she's already got a strike against her - she's a liar.

ABC is clearly setting up Ali as the next Bachelorette. This whole thing SUCKS! No one wins. All of them are now in the reality-TV scrap pile. Thanks ABC for making America more sad and disillusioned about love than ever! And F-U Jake for letting Ali go.

  • February 16, 2010 - 1:31am Barbara

I believe that Jake has really fallen in love with Ali who is more matured and basically level headed and is a strong person who had a choice to keep her job or fall in love with the one person, and she realized that jake was the one for her. Vivennia is not serious with Jake, Tenly could be but Vivennia (sP) won't give her a chance to get to know you, she is very spoilt and selfish. ALI isthe one person for Jake, sorry but that is my opinion.

I just can't understand the reasoning of jake picking both the girls that are divorced. Ma alway said it takes two to get a divorce and why do you want to get mix up with a girl like that. You could be flying and they could be flying in and out of other mens bed. Watch your pick. Love is blind.

  • February 15, 2010 - 10:32pm janelle

I really think that Ali is the one for Jake. She seemed to be the most stable out of the four remaining girls. I understood Ali's situation. If Jake really cared for her the way he said he did, then he should have given her some security. When Ali called him on the week show 2-15-10 and he rejected her he was wrong how do you say all of those things one week and then the next week you say you don't have feelings for her. Ali keep your head held high because out of ALL of the women on the entire season. You where the Best most stable most down to earth and most genuine. It's his lost. You will find true love. Dont hold any hard feelings towards him. Keep being you. You are a beautiful young women and don't change. Be smart stand your ground God has your soulmate. You dont have anything to be a shamed of. You should be the next bachelorette

  • February 14, 2010 - 4:46am angie

Did you guys notice that in this weeks USWeekly, it shows Vienna wearing her "pink diamond ring from Daddy" on her RIGHT hand, when she has been wearing it on her left the whole season?!? Why else would she switch ring fingers if another ring, like an engagement ring, would take its place?? I really hope he doesn't pick Vienna, but my gut says he will... I wish it'll be Ali!

  • February 14, 2010 - 1:15am Jutes

There is only one girl for Jake and that has been Ali all along.

  • February 12, 2010 - 10:26pm anglewings

So Barb...how have you seen the sneak peak of the ring on whose hand? Why is everyone saying he is going to pick Vienna at the end.. and its not even the end....Surley you don't believe whats out there do you? If Ali really loved Jake should would of not left..but then again, this could be like what ED did with Jillian... I THINK JAKE SHOULD PICK TENLEY...THEY CONNECT IN SO MANY WAYS ON MORE THAN ONE LEVEL..... HE DESERVES A GREAT WOMEN AND TENLEY IS JUST THE LADY HE NEEDS...

  • February 12, 2010 - 3:27am mags

first of all BRAD...it's called entertainment TV so sod off.... second...no way is ali the one- she was only trying to manipulate the situation and it didnt work- her tears were embarassing to watch and she is kind of a mean spirited girl anyway so good riddance to that spoiled brat. Vienna is going to be the final one-

  • February 12, 2010 - 12:40am Vienna wins anyway

Eh, he picks Vienna anyway, so it really doesn't make a difference. I sure hope she didn't lose her job over Jake.

  • February 11, 2010 - 9:02pm Brad

You mindless twits commenting on a reality show...ahahahahahaha Hollywood is manipulating everyone.

  • February 11, 2010 - 2:40pm tootie

ALI is definately NOT the girl for jake she is messing with jakes mind and apparently everybody elses mind on this page ! GO VIENNA ! shes the only one that is REAL !

  • February 11, 2010 - 2:35pm tootie

Ali grow up she is so immature trying to pull and ED huh !!! she falls in love with him and because she cant wait to see if shes the one she has to throw a big stunt ! she told jake she loved him and he didnt say it back so she left ! If she truly loves jake like she said she did she wouldnt have left ! Any girl in love would not think twice about saying goodbye to a job you could always get another job! she just wants to know if she is the one or not and leaving and comming back to jake puts jake in the position to pick her in the end because he now knows that she quit her job and left when he still had feeling for her will most likely make him pick her b/c of the time they lost ! shes playing a game

  • February 11, 2010 - 1:26pm George

This program is not reality at all. Who the hell would knowingly compete with other women if they were not getting paid. Come on people. This show is just plain ridiculous
