Grab your tiara and pucker up! Bachelor Nation’s Erica Rose volunteers to help a kissing novice improve his smooching prowess in Love at First Kiss‘ Wednesday, August 10, episode, as seen in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek.
The TLC series’ preview clip shows 27-year-old Josh, who had his first kiss during last week’s series premiere, realizing that his spit-swapping partners weren’t impressed with his skills. So he enlists The Bachelor alum Rose — who introduces herself to Josh as “an amateur kissing coach” — to get a some hands-on practice.
“To tell you a little bit about myself, I definitely have a lot of practice in kissing,” she tells him. “I’ve been on several dating shows, including The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad. I competed in a kissing contest. I’ve kissed Italian princes. So I’m equipped to give you some advice based on that.”
“The first thing is, you make sure your lips are moisturized,” Rose instructs. “Yours look like they’re moisturized — are they?”
However, once the pair get down to business, Rose realizes she has her work cut out for her. After an incredibly awkward kiss with Josh, she painfully tells him: “Dude, it’s like you opened your mouth and didn’t do anything about it. That’s weird — that’s like how you kiss your grandmother.”
Us exclusively reported in February that Rose is expecting her first child with boyfriend Galen Gentry. Known for her affinity for tiaras, the reality TV mainstay competed for Prince Lorenzo Borghese‘s affection on The Bachelor season 9, and later appeared on Bachelor Pad‘s second and third seasons.
