Angela, I think that the 99.00 "package" does seem out of line for the economic times and the fact that most of Taylors fans are tweens that would not have the means to make the purchase on their own. Parents are struggling to keep food, clothing and a roof over their families head. What a shame that any artist would market such a high end option.

To "musictomyears" - Taylor's not the first to do this, these kinds of packages have been happening in the music business for several years. If fans want the special items, they will pay for them. I know I've gotten a few over the years for artists I'm really into. It's nothing to freak out over!

Just wanted to share this ironic FACT : Which Artist is loyal to Country Music? Taylor Swift makes a deal to have MTV,MTV International,VH1,and CMT simultaneously debut her brand new POP single Mine. Carrie Underwood Member of the Grand Ole Opry Will perform on â??countryâ??s most famous stageâ?? The Grand Ole Opry. Membership in the Opry remains one of country musicâ??s crowning achievements. Iâ??m a Country Fan, Iâ??ll be lisenting to the Opry on August 27, 2010, and I suspect that all true Country fans will be doing the same! Taylor and her team spend ton's of $$$$'s to continue to make sure she is obnoxiously over hyped and over exposed. With a voice like hers they have to keep the never ending buzz alive, otherwise she'd be history!

Totally shocked! Just read that Taylor is offering presale of Speak Now at 3 different price levels!! What a joke, Glitter, Sparkle and Diamond packages! The diamond package going for a mere $99.00!!! Miss Swift actually has the nerve to ask her "FANS" to pay $50.00 for her autograph! Pathetic! The average fan who has made Taylor into a multi-million is being asked to dig deep into their wallets to make her even richer. What a concept!
