Let the good times roll again for Bret Michaels!
Michaels, 47, will resume his Custom Built Tour at the Hard Rock Live venue in Biloxi, Miss.; he plans to continue touring through December 2010.
His agent Brian Ahern adds that the Poison singer plans to reschedule dates cancelled during his stint in intensive care. "We have been overwhelmed with well wishes and offers that continue to pour in," Ahern says.
To prep for his comeback, the Rock of Love star has upped his rehabilitation sessions to twice-daily, his website reports.
Also on his agenda: Celebrity Apprentice's live finale on May 23. "We really hope that Bret is well and able to join us at the finale," show host/producer Donald Trump said. "[Bret] is a fighter and strong competitor."
But Michaels' return to the small screen will be with Oprah Winfrey. He'll sit down for an interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show May 19.
His solo album Custom Built -- featuring "Nothin' to Lose," a duet with Miley Cyrus -- hits stores June 8.
