Video: Bruce Jenner Freaks Out That Daughter Kendall, 15, Is on Birth Control

Entertainment July 20, 2011 AT 4:30PM

Kendall Jenner's growing up way too fast for her dad Bruce's tastes!

First, the 15-year-old caught fire for a series of sexy modeling pictures and now she's getting the third degree from her dad for a whole separate reason: She's started to take birth control.

US POLL: Is Kendall too young for birth control?

As a new clip from Sunday's Keeping Up With the Kardashians shows, Bruce was none too pleased when his wife Kris sent him to the local pharmacy to fetch Kendall's prescription. Realizing the medication she was on, overprotective Bruce flipped his lid.

"What the hell is this all about?" he snapped to Kris, who tried to tell him Kendall is on the medication to help with severe menstrual cramps. "It also alleviates [women] from getting pregnant," he continued. "What am I supposed to think?!"

Ensuring her husband that their daughter is not yet sexually active, Kris urged him to have the birds and the bees talk with Kendall and her sister, Kylie.

"I do carpool, honey, I don't do sex talk," he sniped.

Men can be SO ignorant! I once told a priest, "If a man could become pregnant, abortion would be a sacrement!" (Remember C&W singer, Loretta Lynn's 'hit' called "The Pill"?) i,too, was 'on the pill' at 13, because I 'flowed like a river' & my periods were only every 3-4 months. I am now a 64 year-old mother, grandmother & great-grandmother. Oft times 'the pill' is 'the lesser of 2 evils' for more than 1 reason. You flunked Parenthood 101 Bruce; go back to school & get re-educated! PISCES 1947

" Yard Apes" lol!!! what a perfect description for those girls. ha ha ha

  • July 21, 2011 - 8:57am Sarah Blaisedale

Get over it Bruce. It's better than having any of your worthless yard apes bring another Jenner into the world.

I've been on the pill since I was 13 for horrible menstrual cramps so I'm on Kris' side. It was the only thing that helped me and I didn't become "active" until I was in college. I can see his concern but he needs to back off.

The whole family is full of wh0res, so this is wise. No need a baby out of it if she does have sex.

I don't watch this dopey show, but considering how sl ut ty the other ones are, he should probably freak out if this kid weren't on birth control.

Heather Sykes, you're an ignorant bleep.Try telling that to the girls who bleed for 3 months straight at 13 years old, and bleed through their gym clothes in class or have teachers come up to them telling them they have a huge blood stain on the back of their light blue jeans, or changing their 3 huge pads every 20 minute on their 14th Bday party, or the girl who is passing out from losing to much bleed. So hey dumbass there ARE severe Irregular periods, and you can BLEED to death, become anemic, and have many health problems and the PILL HELPS IT. And just because a girl gets on the pill doesnt mean she will start having sex. I got on the pill at 14 and didnt have sex till I was almost 18. Jerk.

He'd freak out more if she came home pregnant. Good for Kris! It helps her cramps AND will prevent pregnancy. Parents need to get with it. Would you rather be a under 50 grandparent OR STFU and put your kid on birth control? Which is cheaper? Hello!

  • July 20, 2011 - 6:53pm Sweet Pea

15 IMO is way too young & you would think her sisters would set some type of an example..oh wait..kim has a sex tape..

  • July 20, 2011 - 6:33pm Halley Sims Martin

I agree, get over it! So what you have some cramps, its called Midol. I also like that Bruce is old fashioned, he is just being a concerned father.

  • July 20, 2011 - 5:39pm Heather Skye

Well I'm NOT okay with it. Teenage girls do not need to be on hormonal birth control simply because of some cramps and irregular periods. Women and girls today are such whiny, pathetic little wimps; they can't stand a little physical discomfort, even though it's not fatal. I well remember my teen years and how painful the periods were. So what? I survived it. I've never heard of anyone dying of cramps and irregular periods. Grow up and deal with it, you silly, stupid girls and women.

I like Bruce. He reminds me of my dad. Can't knock a guy for just being old-fashioned.

  • July 20, 2011 - 5:01pm Celine Jos

This was so orchestrated, that's why its "reality show"...why would Kris send Bruce to get the prescription without giving him the heads up on what he was picking up, and he had to show that reaction to picking up birth control pills for his teenage daughter, otherwise it wouldn't be "real"...such a joke.

  • July 20, 2011 - 4:45pm Bea Fuentes

Normally, I am on Bruce's side...but in this case, i'm with kris.since he is a man & does not know any better, the pill does regulate the period & reduces the cramping too. periods at the worst during the early teen years. as long as the 15 year old know this is not a pass to go & have unprotected sex, then i'm ok with it.
