Jon Cryer has to pay the bills somehow!
After CBS put Two and a Half Men on hiatus as a result of Charlie Sheen's latest antics, Ellen DeGeneres hired Sheen's costar as her new office temp (watch above).

The 53-year-old talk show host is already impressed with Cryer's receptionist skills: "You really do good work. You do the work of two and a half men."
"You don't have to say that every time," he tells her.

"Well, thanks for being here," DeGeneres responds. "I appreciate it."
"I needed the work," Cryer, 45, admits.
