Research comes with a price! Chris Hemsworth told Graham Norton on Friday, Dec. 4, that he got hit on in prison after checking in to do research for his role in Blackhat.
“I was researching a film and we had to basically go in and research what the inside of a prison looked like and speak with prisoners who wanted to talk to us," the hunky Thor actor, 32, said. He then explained that after the warden made him remove his hat, he knew he’d be recognized.
“The moment I started walking through the cells … I just started getting heckled, 'Yo, Thor's here man. Yo Thor, YO THOR!' Where’s your hammer, man?’”
The Aussie actor — who has three children with wife Elsa Pataky — admitted that while he tried to blend in, he continued to be hit on by inmates.
“‘Yo, come spend some time in my cell, baby!’” he recalled of what inmates would say to him.
And Hemsworth showed off just why he was hit on so much on his Instagram account, posting a shirtless video of him skating on Saturday, Dec. 5.
“Risking my life on the vertical ramp,” he captioned the vid. “Go big or go home. Skate or die. Huge risk! Yeoooow… #XGames #extreme #lifeontheline”
