Christina Aguilera Belts New York Medley at NBA All-Star Game: Video

Xtina’s back to basics, and it’s beautiful! At the 2015 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, Feb. 15, Christina Aguilera returned to her rightful place on stage — or in this case, the basketball court at Madison Square Garden — to perform a powerhouse medley of New York-themed tunes.

The Staten Island-born pop diva, 34, wore a black blazer and bowler hat, arriving on the court in a giant red apple. Aguilera didn’t miss a beat as she belted Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York,” George Benson’s “On Broadway,” Stevie Wonder’s “Living For the City,” and Billy Joel’s “New York State of Mind” before introducing rapper Nas

After Nas performed, The Voice coach returned with the NYC Rockettes to sing Jay Z and Alicia Keys’ “Empire State of Mind” to close out the show.

It was her first major performance since giving birth to her daughter Summer Rain in August, and the Grammy winner didn’t disappoint.
