Plan B! If the whole pop star, actress, and reality television judge thing doesn't work out for Christina Aguilera, she may just have a second career in impressions.
After stunning Us earlier this week with her spot-on Britney Spears impression on The Tonight Show, the "Say Something" singer did her best Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday evening, Feb. 25.
Appearing on the late-night show to promote the new season of The Voice, Aguilera, 34, was asked by host Meyers about an appearance she made on Saturday Night Live in 2004.
"We first met when you hosted SNL," Meyers, 41, began. "You did something I still remember, because when we were sort of talking about the SNL 40th, one of the things we were talking about were great impressions… You did an incredible Kim Cattrall in Sex and the City."
"At the table, it's what I would call a 'gasp moment,' where everybody's like 'Oh, s–t!'" the Weekend Update alum added.
Aguilera then dusted off her Cattrall impression, putting on Samantha Jones' trademark deep voice and exaggerated intonation.
Sex and the City Parody (Christina Aguilera) by Tracey_Searcy
"I was obsessed with the show at the time," Aguilera spilled of HBO's Sex and the City, which ran from 1998 to 2004. Then, repeating a punchline from the original SNL skit, the pop star said as the Sex and the City star, "I'm a dude."
