Demi Lovato Triumphs in First Post-Rehab Performance

Demi Lovato brought the house down with her tender rendition of "Skyscraper" at Sunday's Do Something Awards, which aired Thursday on VH1.

It was the first time the 18-year-old singer performed in front of a live audience since checking into rehab last October.

"Thank you so much for all your sweet comments on my Do Something Awards performance!" a proud Lovato told her 4 million Twitter followers Thursday. "Love you all!"

Lovato's third studio album, Unbroken, is out September 20.
