So long Dave, we'll miss you!
Demi Moore, Kim Kardashian, Madonna, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Alba, and President Obama were among the celebrities bidding farewell to the hugely popular late-night talk show host David Letterman as he said a final goodbye to his audience on Wednesday, May 20.
In a show that featured presidents, comedians, celebrities, and classic skits, an emotional Letterman thanked audiences, family, and friends for his amazing run of over 30 years in late-night television.
But as the curtain fell on the show host's late-night TV career, his famous friends were determined to send him out with a social media fanfare befitting the occasion.
Celebs, politicians, talk show competitors, and even the President himself took to Twitter and Facebook to share their favorite memories and post pictures of moments they had enjoyed with Letterman through the years.
