Dina Lohan Penning Tell-All About Daughter Lindsay

Dina Lohan is ready to expose her daughter Lindsay in a new tell-all memoir.
TMZ.com, who obtained the prologue to Dina's book, says the story was being shopped as recently as two weeks ago, but has yet to secure a publisher.

Detailing her conflicted feelings as Lindsay's mother and manager, Dina opens up in the book about her daughter's reckless behavior and legal woes.

"I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an [sic] newfound lifestyle of partying excessively. Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay's way of daily living -- and it tore me up inside," Dina writes, according to TMZ.
The 49-year-old TV personality -- who appeared with her children Lindsay, Ali, Cody and Michael Lohan, Jr., on the E! series Living Lohan -- also explains why she relocated Lindsay, now 25, to Los Angeles from New York at such an early age.

"How could I deny my daughter the chance of a lifetime? How could I hold Lindsay back from her dream of becoming an actress?" TMZ quotes Dina as writing. "So, I listened to others and sent my daughter to Hollywood with a few pieces of luggage and a chaperone."
On Wednesday, Lindsay's probation was revoked by L.A. judge Stephanie Sautner, who dismissed attorney Shawn Chapman Holley's argument the star delayed the completion of her community service requirements because she was out of town on jobs.

Lindsay -- who was handcuffed upon exiting the courtroom -- is now required to complete 16 hours of service at the County Morgue before her next hearing on November 2. She showed up 40 minutes late for her first day of work at the morgue Thursday and will be given a second chance on Friday.

My friend didn't do her community service and was put in jail for 45 days. Lindsay is actually getting nothing...how do you miss community service and get punished with MORE community service? The next step of punishment should be taken...
Lindsey supports the family and now the family is seeing most likely 100% this is the end of Lindsey, her career and the gravy train. The money is being spent on legal and partying and so Dina needs to write this book for $$. It's Dina's fault because she was Lindsey's mom and has been her manager since Lindsey was young. I think she most likely was the first person to say YES have that drink at 10 years old.

Wow, Dina Lohan. You are a piece of work. You sold your daughter out in Hollywood - no excuses. You cannot blame other people. You enjoy the lifestyle her fame affords you. I do not understand why she is getting chance after chance, if this was a normal person not a celebrity noone would be given this many chances. Its just amazing how celebritys can really get away with anything as long as they continue to throw that money in the gov't bank account! Its completely unfair. If she violated her probation she should be cuffed and sent to jail, period! I am so sick of all the excuses she is using and getting. You are doing everything willingly so she should have the consiquence to go with it! My god, 40 minutes late to for her first day of the community service she was just arrested for not doing-but she gets a second chance. AND for her mother, shame on her...you are the reason your daughter is the way she is...you never wanted to be a mother you wanted to be a friend, now you want to make money off her..you are just as bad as her father! I don't feel sorry for Lindsay when it comes to what she is willingly doing, but as for her parents, she needs to walk away from them as fast as she can!

You know what I THINK? People just need to shut up. There used to be a time when Hollywood were loyal to each other and never spilled each other's secrets and journalists also had that standard of protectiveness. Now EVERYBODY wants to sell anyone they can out for some dough. Might it be the Mother, the Bodyguard, the Son or so called Friends. You really just can't trust anyone. They all want to pen a "tell-all" and it's just pretty pathetic. I don't want to know that much about the "personal" lives of celebrities. They have so little privacy as it is.
