Dancing With the Stars' Rob Kardashian has hit a roadblock when it comes to preparing for Monday's rumba.
"It's a lot of hip action and the man takes control; it's a real sexy dance," Kardashian, 24, tells Us Weekly of the routine he's been practicing with pro Cheryl Burke. "I don't consider myself sexy, so to get into the character is hard."
Kardashian tells Us he's had trouble reigning in his goofy attitude to put on a sexy face for Burke, 27.
"It was really tough for me to really pick up the moves for some reason….The way I touch Cheryl and grab her, you just [try to] make those things sexy and, you know, I smile here and there. But you got to be serious," the celeb competitor explains. "It's tough, but I feel good about it."
And as Kardashian tackles week five of the competition, he continues to win raves from family and friends.
"I talk to Scott [Disick] a lot and he was like 'you're tearing it up.' He is very surprised and very happy I'm doing my thing," Kardashian says. "Everyone's really supportive. Bruce [Jenner] was talking to me last night and getting emotional; he was really shocked that I was doing this well right now and that I'm completely doing something that he never expected I could do."
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tells Us his family's votes of confidence are helping him go into Monday's performance with few jitters.
"I'm never really nervous because I'm really enjoying this and I'm having fun. I'm really confident and that's the best part," he tells Us. "I have fun with everything I do in life. I just have to bring that high energy, that little sexy side of me tonight."
