Entire Jersey Shore Cast Signs On for Season Three

The entire cast of MTV's Jersey Shore is returning for a third season, UsMagazine.com has confirmed.
"MTV is pleased that the Jersey Shore cast are returning to Seaside Heights to continue production on Season 3," an MTV rep tells Us. "Not only have they become a part of the MTV family, but fans worldwide have fallen in love with them."

Earlier this week, word spread that the cast was on strike, but Jenni "JWOWW" Farley told Steppin' Out magazine: "That is by far a very untrue rumor. You have to laugh at crazy reports like that. Stories about strikes and things make us all laugh."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast initially asked the network for $30,000 per episode -- a 200 percent raise. They shot the first season for $5,000 per episode, then negotiated a salary of $10,000 for the show's second season. See more crazy backstage demands.

World over where? I live in London and love watching MTV but have never thought to watch their programme. Adverts of the show tells me you have to be an idiot or someone with a low IQ to watch such a programme and I can assure you the programme would not cross over well here in England.
good for them. i love the show. i think its hilarious and it probably has more of a following than the hills or the city because guys are also watching. they make a lot more money per episode on the hills and the city, so why shouldn't the jersey shore cast get paid more comparably?

so i dont even remember the chicks name but left in the first season why are they letting her come back she was stupid anywayy.. i dont watch the show but anymore but i did the first season. but now its not worth watching anymore DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA jersey b*t*h*es!
Bravo is now going over the top. Bravo is now letting the world know they don't care about our young people (these kids are adolescents on the show)doing drugs or drinking and paying them 30K a week to buy coke, heroin, etc. seems a shame. Everyone needs to write to the sponsors of this show and boycout, then Bravo will wake up and give us a show with class...... I refuse to let my neices and nephews watch this kind of show because it shows our young people the wrong avenue of life to pick. Now these kids think they are above the law and with this raise above Bravo....Getting new kids that show real class would have gotten alot more viewers, now Bravo you are losing alot of viewers over these druggy and drunken kids. Drinking while getting nails and/or hair done is flat out outrageous unless it's a wedding/graduation party, that ugly girl thinks she is cool in reality she is a punk just like the rest of the cast.
