Giuliana Rancic: How I'm Moving Forward After Breast Cancer Battle
Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, Giuliana Rancic knew she'd be in for the fight of her life, but the 37-year-old E! News anchor had no idea exactly how much of an uphill battle it would be.
Shortly after deciding to undergo a double mastectomy after weighing the pros and cons with her husband Bill, Giuliana again turns to her spouse of five years to help her get through a major hurdle on Tuesday's episode of their STYLE reality series.
During a trip to the Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson, Ariz., Giuliana attempts to conquer her fear of heights as a way to prove to herself that she can overcome anything -- including her breast cancer battle.

"I can't -- I can't just walk on something like this," Giuliana, teetering on a tightrope, yelps in the above preview clip as Bill, 40, roots her on from below.
Though Giuliana manages to take just one step before calling it quits, Bill makes sure to praise his wife's efforts. "This isn't an exercise about heights. It's about letting go and moving forward," he reasons. "I'm happy that you made it up the ladder -- that's the hardest part. It's just like this cancer -- you're going to beat it and overcome your fear."
Bill tells Us Weekly that his bond with Giuliana has only been strengthened through her cancer fight. "One of two things happen when you go through this: you either have fear or you have faith. We have faith in each other, and that's the one thing that I love about Giuliana," he explains.
Giuliana & Bill airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. (EST) on STYLE.
