Ben Seaver, is that you? Growing Pains alum Jeremy Miller made a rare red carpet appearance on Thursday, June 2, when he celebrated Television Academy’s 70th anniversary at a star-studded gala in North Hollywood.

Miller, 39, wore a loose-fitted white button-up and black pants at the event. He accessorized with a beaded cross necklace and rocked a gray scruffy beard.

Miller continues to act today and can next be seen in the thriller Awakening. Back in 2014, he revealed during an interview with Entertainment Tonight that he battled alcoholism for some time.

The former child star is best known for playing Ben Seaver for seven seasons on Growing Pains, which ran from 1985 to 1992. He often shared screen time with Kirk Cameron (his pesky TV brother Mike Seaver), Tracey Gold (sister Carol Seaver), Alan Thicke (dad Dr. Jason Seaver) and Joanna Kerns (mom Maggie Seaver).

Fun factoid: Leonardo DiCaprio was a part of the beloved series long before becoming an A-list movie star and Oscar winner. He played troubled teen Luke Brower on the comedy from 1991 to 1992.

Miller opened up about working with DiCaprio during an episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now? in January. “There was a little bit of competition there. I have to admit it bothered me a little bit that the network felt necessary to bring him in rather than focusing on my character who had now grown up and could kind of take over for Mike as, you know, the rapscallion, whatever you wanted,” Miller said. “It was a little weird. But we got along great, we hung out.…We ran lines together. So we were good friends on the set.”
