He and wife, Heidi, have been named to the Time's Least Influential list -- the "moron" category, to be precise.

The new issue of Us Weekly reports the couple are in "panic mode" about falling out of the spotlight when the The Hills goes off the air after this season.

Just by putting them on a list for being "least influential" still makes them influential somehow and gives them more publicity. What a stupid idea. To these two media wh0res, even bad publicity is publicity.
