The May 30 Germany's Next Top Model finale was full of surprises. Before Lovelyn Enebechi was named the winner (besting runner-up Maike van Grieken), two topless protestors stormed the catwalk and ambushed show host Heidi Klum.

The shirtless women — who had the words "Heidi Horror Picture Show" written on their upper bodies — were quickly escorted off the runway by security. Klum, looking spectacular in a hot pink Versace gown, appeared relatively unfazed by the commotion.

The women were protesting on behalf of FEMEN, an organization that fights for women to be treated as equals in society. The moment was edited out of the live broadcast, but Klum told the crowd, "I have just been seeing boobies in front of me. Too bad it happened at this special moment!"

Klum has not addressed the incident further via Twitter. Instead, the 39-year-old supermodel shared pictures of her parents and performers Psy, Robin Thicke and Bruno Mars via Twitter.

"Heidi stopped by my green room and said 'Thank you, Psy," the Korean singer tweeted. "She's so beautiful and nice at the same time!"

The next day, Klum posted a picture of herself on a plane with Mars. "Thank you for a great performance on my show last night in Germany," she wrote in the caption. "You are a really cool dude!"
