The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has filed a police report against NeNe Leakes, accusing her Bravo reality costar of trying to "choke" her.

According to the incident report filed by Zolciak, Leakes allegedly assaulted Zolciak during a heated exchange as they were preparing to shoot a scene for their show.

While they were fighting, Leakes started to point her fingers in Zolciak's face, the report states. Then, when witnesses tried to break them up, Leakes "grabbed [Kim] by the neck and tried to choke her out."

No word if Zolciak is seeking a warrant against Leakes. The report notes that the officer was "unable to locate the suspect at this time."
