Video: Inside Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi's Awkward Bachelor Pad Reunion
Talk about a battle of the exes!
Monday's Bachelor Pad premiere featured the awesomely awkward reunion of once-engaged exes Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi, who came together for the first time since their ugly split one year ago.

Adding insult to injury in the Bachelor Pad house? When Pavelka, 33, came face-to-face with his ex, 25, he was also introduced to her current beau, Kasey Kahl, 27.
"It's a crazy experience being in the same room with your girlfriend's ex fiance. He's snake-y," Kahl seethed as soon as Pavelka entered the house on Monday's show. When Pavelka first met Kahl -- who appeared on Ali Fedotowsky's season of The Bachelorette -- he tried to keep his cool. "Hey! I know you. Fantastic!" Pavelka goofily said.

Later, when he encountered Girardi, the conversation didn't come as easily. Joined by Kahl and other contestants including Holly Durst, Pavelka awkwardly filled the conversational void with banter about the Los Angeles weather. "Who actually talks about the weather?!" Durst wondered when Pavelka was out of earshot.
Though Girardi declared Pavelka a "monster," her ex appeared to be ready to mend fences on Monday's premiere. After the show's first challenge -- won by Pavelka and partner Jackie Gordon -- Pavelka used his rose to save Girardi from elimination. The house saw his gesture as the dumbest move in Bachelor Pad history, but Pavelka thought otherwise. "I was able to do something nice for someone who did something terrible to me and that make me feel good," he said.

"I never pictured myself giving you another rose in my life," Pavelka told Girardi. "I'm sorry I raised my voice to you on TV [during their breakup special in 2010]. It doesn't matter what happened -- you just don't do that to people you love."
Girardi was hardly swayed by his apology. "Jake Pavelka is a phony robot with no real feelings," she sniped. "He's a monster, playing everyone like a fool."
Kahl -- who schemed with his alliance to vote Justin "Rated R" Rego and Alli Travis off the show -- couldn't contain his anger at Pavelka, either.

"I can't punch the guy, because I'll go home, but I'm mentally beating the crap out of him and it feels freakin' awesome!" he said.

17Jake is just tryig to save face, After their bitter interview last year, Jake lost lots of scheduled appearances. Big producers dont go for judging people by watching tv - but they saw the real fake Jake and pulled his seat out from under him. Now he is trying to make nice = but a leopard never changes his spots - I despise him.
Vienna you are the most disgusting woman I have ever seen. Your behavior on Bachlor Pad is rediculus. You and Kasey should be kicked off real soon. You both diserve eachother . .rude and crude!!

I cannot help but like Vienna. Who knows what is true and untrue. Just them. I think it's all very entertaining though.
A waste of time to watch this show! KK and JP are PW'd by VG, and it is sooooo sad to see their backbones erode.
Jake was so beyond fake last night it was sick. He gave Vienna that rose and played nice because he completely destroyed his nice boy reputation when he yelled at Vienna last year and he knows it.
i seriously think that every single one of you are funny because you all talk like you know vienna and how she really is. well unless you grew up with her you dont. i did so back the heck off of her. you just make yourself look stupid talking about someone you dont know.
Vienna is a snot, Jake is a wanna-be hollywood boy, Gia is a whiner, Casey's voice irritates me...that being said, this show won't be on my list of shyt to watch. (I only caught the last 2 hours and was wishing I had fast forward) ugh

Vienna makes me want to puke... What a *%#! and she does not even have a place of her own... So loser she will be called by me who yes has her own place and I am happy with my face.. Vienna the nose job was just the 1st thing you need done, honey you need more work...
Vienna is only concerned about winning the money and it comes first before Kasey. Jake soft talks to Vienna so he will look good but they are both liars and phonies.
I think Vienna and Jake should move on... Vienna should stop talking about Jake. Jake want to be closure with Vienna. He is so mature to ask her for bury the hatchet. What's matter with Kasey? He should listen on Jake's side and They should focus on game than problem with people. Vienna is looking for famous or money than boyfriend. She is so self-centered...
Someone who says that another person is a bad person...is the bad person. I don't know why America was manipulated by Vienna that she is the victim & Jake is d bad guy. I'm not saying that Jake is that good but any man w/ Vienna will either let himself look like a wimp to sick w/ her or someone she will drive crazy. If u r man enough.....just walk away but w/o losing ur composure somehow. Jake in that televised break-up handled himself well enough. The evil antics of Vienna could bring anyone, male or female CHOKE her!
They are both in it for publicity and self-promotion. Neither one will grow beyond this platform so they are milking it until the show execs and the public are totally bored! In my opinion, they make a great pair and they should really get back together. Maybe that is where the show is headed anyhow!
Vienna is a manipulative little witch. She deserves everything that's in store for her. She will never be happy.
She came off looking like a bitter, snotty little girl, while Jake looked like a mature, healthy guy. Way to get everyone on his side, Vienna. Shocker that it didn't work out.
I didn't watch much of her season of The Bachelor, but from what I saw last night, she deserves all the horrible things said about it. She is really a miserable human being who thinks way too highly of herself.
