Jennifer Aniston Close to Signing On to Cougar Town

Jennifer Aniston may soon be reuniting with BFF Courteney Cox on TV.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Aniston, 41, is "nearing a deal" to guest star on Cox's ABC sitcom Cougar Town.
The episode would air early on in season 2, which kicks off Sept. 22.
Says executive producer Bill Lawrence, “I would love for it to happen, but there’s nothing to talk about yet.”

If the deal works out, it would be the third time the BFFs have shared the small screen.
They famously costarred on the hit NBC sitcom Friends.

In 2007, Aniston went on to guest star on Cox's short-lived FX drama Dirt. On the episode, they famously locked lips.
