Jennifer Aniston gets her fill of junk food every week — but not by eating. According to the Cake actress, her most delicious guilty pleasure is none other than The Bachelor, which is currently airing its 19th season on ABC.

Aniston, 45, was asked about her TV viewing habits by Access Hollywood‘s Shaun Robinson on Sunday, Jan. 25, when she walked the red carpet outside L.A.’s Shrine Auditorium before the 2015 SAG Awards, where she was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role.

“Are you outing me again?” she joked. “It’s The Bachelor. I’m not gonna lie. Did you see last week’s [episode]? Jimmy Kimmel was so funny.”

(The late-night host — a longtime friend of Aniston’s — appeared on the show on Jan. 19, crashing Bachelor Chris Soules‘ dates and advising him to “have a lot of sex” and give “better speeches.”)

“It’s a train wreck!” the Friends alum told Robinson of the reality series. Asked whether she ever feels bad for the contestants, she added, “Have you seen them? You can’t feel bad for them. They’ve done that to themselves just to entertain us. It’s junk food. It’s great junk food.”

Interestingly, this is not the first time Aniston has spoken about her fascination with The Bachelor. The star — engaged to Justin Theroux since 2012 — previously marveled at the show in a 2011 interview with Allure, saying, “I was mesmerized by how these girls, they meet this guy, they have three dates together or something, and they’re weeping as though they’ve just lost the love of their life. I don’t understand that.”

She also admitted to watching in her recent, very revealing interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “Justin and I, just for fun, watched — and two hours later, we were addicted. It was like junk food,” she told the mag. “We were sad when it ended.”
