Time for a bonding session! Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald introduce son Spurgeon to Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard, during a trip to Central America in Jill & Jessa: Counting On‘s Tuesday, April 26, episode, as seen in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek.
The TLC series’ preview clip shows Derick, 27, greeting the family at the airport, where he holds the 5-month-old bundle of joy for the first time.
“I got to pick him up,” Derick tells the camera. “He’s a solid guy, and he’s just really a chill baby, and he seems like a happy baby. Just a special time to get to hold him.”
Meanwhile, Jessa, 23, praised her little tyke for staying so quiet throughout the long trek.
“He did pretty good — he slept on both flights the majority of the time,” she tells her brother-in-law about Spurgeon. “He was awake for just a little bit.”
