TLC Suspends Show; Slams Jon's "Erratic" Behavior

As Jon Gosselin attempts to halt production on TLC's Kate Plus 8, the network has fired back.
In a statement to Usmagazine.com, TLC says:
"We are aware of Jon Gosselin's recent statements, and remain deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident, and his latest comments are grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic.
"Despite Jon Gosselin's repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents."

Jon is really mentally unstable now. If those children need PROTECTION from someone it is their FATHER JON. He can not even speak coherently, he shows that he has very different personalities within. Most of the time Jon is ANGRY. This SEXUAL AGGRESSION he has is a very serious issue and if I was Kate I would demand he only have supervised visitation. those children need to be PROTECTED FROM THEIR BIPOLAR SCARY CRAZY FATHER. HE MAY SERIOUSLY HARM THEM. JON NEEDS HELP PRONTO!!!!
I truly hopes Kate gets to read this. John is looking for an easy way out plus $$$$$$$ so he can afford all his new needs and the needs of his girlfriend. You can do it, you can raise all 8 by yourself, that's what you have being doing all alone this past years, cuz John was only home a few hours. Forget him, and focus on your kids they are the best gift you could ever get !! When you get sad just look @ them and every tear, sadness will go away. Jon is just mad they don't want him anymore so he feel like if he can't make money nobdy can. Did he care about his kids when he brought boobs for his girlfriend. If anybody believes this is about the kids your as dum as jon.
Jon just wants the money. He's been cut off. He could care less about the show's impact on the kids. It never bothered him before. I say cut them both off and let them get real jobs. Jon was so stupid to get a place in NYC--crazy expensive and will drain every penny from you unless you are super rich forever. Jon is now worried about where his money is going to come from. How will he afford his bachelor pad in New York (near his girlfriend, far from his "beloved" children. His new car, diamond earrings, hair job, yacht trips, shopping sprees?????? He didn't care about his children for the past eight years; ONLY when he was dropped from the show that HE SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO BE A PART OF. Next, he will be asking Kate who is trying to support her family for ALIMONY!!!!!! Will Hailey love him when he returns to being an Information Technology person again? NOT
Jon's behaviour can only be assessed as certifiable. He is erratic and sounds/looks crazy when he speaks. He is sociopathic. I hope TLC takes him down in a big way and teaches him the meaning of "breach of contract". Here's something for all the folks that bash Kate and TLC for "exploiting the children". That term "exploiting" is getting old real fast. The show has allowed these kids and parents wonderful opportunity that they otherwise would never had been able to afford. On Larry King, Jon said that without the show, who knows, maybe he'd be living in a hole. Gee, do you think the kids would have had a better life living in a hole? Do the Duggars, Roloffs, etc. exploit their children and if you don't think they do, what's the difference?

ITA, Jon just did this with his lawyer to try and get money from the network TLC. He doesn't have a chance in hell with this caring for his children claim. He is on Tape saying his kids love the film crew and they are never forced to film. If Jon was so worried about his Kids being filmed why wasn't he concerned LAST WEEK? Before TLC dropped him?
Kate, keep your head up. You are a good parent and anyone from a large family knows it. If others had to support a large family they would like to be in the position of having a show. People need to look at the facts. You yelled at Jon when you were exhausted and he wasn't pulling his weight. Being with children, especially young children for 24/7 is exhausting. For a short time , after he was fired from his job, you pulled the extra time to earn money. You have said that the money is in trust funds so people need to stop on that greedy thing. They need to do the math on child raising, education etc. You are human but you obviously put your kids first. Jon needs help. He is immature and has brought all of the negative down on the family all by himself. Step back, get the divorce behind you, fight for full custody, and then go forward. i think that "jon is a asshole and he is out for the money...i was on line and i seen some pic of him and the girlfriend living it up ,shopping in the gucci store i sure when he left from his mini vacation he was broke and now he realize he needs money ....while kate was home with the kids i give you a hand clap"kate" do your thang and keep raising your kids cause thats what mother do best the hell with jon.....now if he want to be apart of they life then he go for it ...let him keep the kids while you go on a vacation
