Kristen Stewart: I'd Make Bella a Vampire

Although her New Moon character is torn between a vampire (Robert Pattinson's Edward) and a werewolf (Taylor Lautner's Jacob), Kristen Stewart would like some dark superpowers of her own: the undead, bloodsucking kind.

At Wednesday's "fan party" following the New Moon premiere in London, Stewart mused on what she'd like to change about her protagonist, Bella. "I'd make her a vampire," the 19 year-old actress said.
Yet she did weigh in on the "Team Jacob vs. Team Edward" debate: "I'd make [Bella] pick Jacob for sure."

Surprised? Don't be: the actress has explained this sensible choice in the past. "Objectively, from the outside, she should be with Jacob," she has said. "She's best friends with him, he's warm, it's easy, there's no problems there."
But there's absolutely no real-life rivalry between the young men playing Edward and Jacob. "Absolutely not!" Lautner, 17, said at the London event. "It's hard to pretend to hate [Pattinson] because he's the nicest guy."

The bromantic feelings are mutual. Pattinson recently told Vanity Fair that Lautner deals with fans and press "much better" than he can. "He's completely handling it. I'm just freaking out all the time."

jacob would be perfect for Bella in this world. But since its in a world were vampires exist and nothing seems to be what it appears, Edward is more than her perfect match. He is her addiction, her drug. In the book she says that she could live without jacob. But without Edward her mind, soul, life would be a big empty void. Thats true love

Thats funny because when I was reading New Moon the other day for the 15th time, thats what I was thinking. Objectively Jacob is good for Bella and their so cute together but there just isn't enough passion and romance there. Like Paris would have been 'right' for Juliet but he just isn't a Romeo. Personally I'd choose Edward but i'd kill for either one in real life, guys just arent like those charcters. they suck.
its not hard, Bella and Edward just belong together. Like Jake and neessie i mean Renesmee. i was so sad at the end of eclipse, i just knew that Jackob was going to be heart broken due to Bella. i was begining not to like her but its all good now!
I would choose Jacob too =)

Didn't Kristen read the books? Doesn't she know that she will become a vampire? Do your homework "Bella"!! I agree that Jacob would be the better partner for a human, but she doesn't stay human, unless they change it and mess it all up!! I'm on both teams here....you can't choose between them! It all comes out in the end why they are so drawn to one another though, so READ the books peeps! :)

I still can not decide myself: team Jacob or team Edward? No idea! I like them both! It's almost the same with my book (Lovefool) characters: Sebastian and Julian. Who is better? No idea. My fans are quite undecided as well :-) All the best, Amalia Angellinni
