Katy Perry's birthday may not be until October, but the 29-year-old singer is celebrating every day! Perry stole the show at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 18, performing her hit single "Birthday."

In typical KP fashion, the over-the-top routine was full of confetti, costume changes, rainbow-colored hair and accessories, and oversized props including massive floating balloons.

Perry, who took home the award for Top Female Artist, gave a live act of the song via satellite from Newcastle Metro Radio Arena in the United Kingdom, where she made her latest stop on her ongoing Prismatic World Tour.

The award-winning singer sported an electric green wig for the performance, starting the show in a hot pink coat, before stripping down to reveal a sexy nude skintight bodysuit, adorned with spots of color and cartoons, reading "POP" on the sleeves.

Perry brought a young female fan onstage, who was celebrating her birthday that day, to give her a special moment in the spotlight. She then floated over the crowd in a suspended chair, which was attached to a group of oversized balloons.
