Forget Marriage Boot Camp — is there a Mother-Daughter Boot Camp? Kendra Wilkinson is hard at work on her relationship with husband Hank Baskett, but if this clip from the May 29 episode of WE tv’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars is any indication, she may want to throw some of that TLC toward the less-than-loving bond she has with her mom, Patti.
As seen in the above sneak peek, the Kendra on Top star, 29, is participating in some sort of faux wedding exercise with Baskett, 32, when her mom steps in with an objection.
“First I would like to address Kendra,” Patti begins. “I get the impression, the feeling, that you hate me.”
Wilkinson’s response all but confirms her mother’s suspicions. “The devil has eaten your soul! The devil has eaten your soul!” the former Playboy model screams.
She goes on to accuse Patti of leaking stories to the press. “You sell us out to the tabloids! What the hell is your problem?!” she yells angrily, as her Marriage Boot Camp costars look on uncomfortably.
“Going to social media, going to tabloids — you take our problems and put ’em out there,” she continues. “Right after I thought my husband cheated on me, you sell my tears to the damn tabloids!”
(Baskett was accused of cheating on his then-pregnant wife with a transgender model in June 2014. The couple — who share kids Hank IV, 5, and Alijah, 12 months — separated for a time after the alleged affair, but reunited to work on their marriage last fall.)
Patti quickly becomes indignant at Wilkinson’s accusations, calling her daughter “crazy” and then threatening to really sell her out. “You know what? I’m gonna release every text you send me calling me names,” she retorts angrily, prompting yet another outburst from Wilkinson.
“Do you guys want to hear what she has to say about her daughter? Rise up! Rise up!” the reality star commands the audience. “She’s selling her daughter out!”
